Pradosh Mohapatra

Pradosh Mohapatra participated in an anti-Israel protest in Palo Alto, California, in September 2024. At the event, he held a sign in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.

As of November 2025, Pradosh Mohapatra's LinkedIn said he was the co-founder of Sproute Networks, located in Milpitas, California, where he had worked since 2014. His LinkedIn said he was located in San Jose, California.

The event was in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement. The outcome of the movement's goals would result in Israel's destruction. Within hours of the October 7, 2023, terror attacks, the BDS movement renewed its call for an anti-Israel boycott.

One of the organizers produced an Instagram video on the day of the protest that showed activists holding signs accusing Israel of "ETHNIC CLEANSING." The same post said: "...#freePalestine..."

“Free Palestine” is a chant that has been described as a "battle cry for the death of Jews.” In May 2025, two Israeli diplomats in Washington, D.C., were murdered by a gunman shouting “Free Palestine!” In June 2025, one pro-Israel activist was killed and over 25 were injured in Boulder, Colorado, when a man yelling “Free Palestine” firebombed them.
