Natasha Abadilla Glenn signed an anti-Israel petition during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

On September 15, 2024, Natasha Abadilla Glenn signed the petition, which was in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement. Individuals affiliated with Stanford University (Stanford) School of Medicine and Stanford University Medical Center signed the petition.

The watermelon has been appropriated by anti-Israel activists as a symbol of Palestinian "resistance" to "Israeli occupation," as it shares the Pan-Arab colors. It gained popularity following the Hamas terror attacks of October 7, 2023.

Also as of March 2025, Natasha Abadilla Glenn's LinkedIn profile said she had worked as a resident physician at Stanford Children's Health since June 2021.
