Nallah Sutherland
Nallah Sutherland ripped down a poster of an Israeli kidnapped by Hamas terrorists and held hostage in Gaza. The incident took place in New York, New York.
Hamas kidnapped the civilians, including women, children and the elderly, during a series of terror atrocities and war crimes that left approximately 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded. Hamas executed the terror attacks on October 7, 2023.
Other Hamas war crimes included mass murder, torture, rape and beheadings. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.”
As of November 2024, Sutherland was listed on the New York City’s Mayor’s Office of Special Projects and Community Events (MOSPCE) website as a special event coordinator.
In December 2024, the New York Post reported that Sutherland was “suspended without pay indefinitely.”
As of February 2025, Sutherland was listed online as a sophomore studying at the State University of New York at Stony Brook (SUNYSB) in 2018-2019. SUNYSB is located in Stony Brook, New York.
In November 2024, Sutherland reportedly ripped down a poster of an Israeli kidnapped by Hamas terrorists on October 7, 2023 and held hostage in Gaza. After being confronted by the individual filming the incident, Sutherland allegedly assaulted him.
In a video posted on X, Sutherland appeared [00:00:01] ripping down a poster, shredding it to pieces and tossing it into a trash can. The New York Post reported that the incident occurred "at the corner of York Avenue and East 84th Street" in New York, New York.
In the video, the person filming the incident asked [00:00:01] Sutherland: “Is there a reason you’re taking these down? Those are hostages. They were taken by terrorists. Is there a reason you’re taking them down?”
Sutherland then shoved [00:00:09] the man’s phone out of her way. He replied to her: “That’s assault actually. You know that, right? That’s assault.”
On Saturday, October 7, 2023, approximately 2,900 heavily armed Hamas terrorists breached Israel’s border with Gaza. They executed numerous war crimes on civilians, including mass murder, beheadings of children, rape of men and women, torture, kidnappings and mutilation.
Hamas broadcast videos of their butchery on social media, often to victims’ accounts for families to see. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.” As of November 10, 2023, approximately 1,200 Israelis, the vast majority of them civilians, were murdered during the attacks. Hamas kidnapped 242 Israelis, including at least 30 children. At least 3,500 people were wounded, many severely.
A terrorist detained by Israel admitted he raped an Israeli woman when he broke into a kibbutz house during the October 7, 2023 attack. In March 2024, a former hostage of Hamas publicly stated she was sexually abused and tortured while in captivity.
