Mohamed Attia

On October 21, 2023, during Israel's war against Hamas, Attia posted on X: "...Hypocritical world lead by white supremacy and Zionist propaganda. #FreePalastine [Sudanese flag emoji] #EndGazaGenocide NOW."

Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture. Zionism is a core part of the identity of most Jews.

“Free Palestine!” is a chant used to call for Israel's destruction, acting as a shorter version of "From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free!" It was shouted during multiple deadly attacks on pro-Israel activists in 2025 in America. It has been used to vandalize synagogues and other Jewish buildings, and has been described as a "battle cry for the death of Jews.”

On October 26, 2023, Attia posted on Instagram a photo of a private conversation, in which he accused Israel of "committing systematic genocide and displacement against the Palestinian people for 75 years."

The modern State of Israel was founded 75 years earlier, in 1948.

For years before the 2023-2025 war, pro-terror activists routinely accused Israel of "genocide." On October 8, 2023, they continued using this "blood libel" to try to normalize it. They redefined the term, inflated death tolls, dismissed Israeli aid efforts and used Hamas data counting dead combatants among civilian and natural deaths. They also ignored Hamas war crimes meant to increase deaths which fed more online propaganda.

Attia reposted a October 31, 2023 post on X that featured a billboard sponsored by "Africa4Palestine" with text that said: "No Halloween this year...The Horror ISREAL!"

On October 10, 2023, Attia posted on X: "CAIR Action Alert: Urge Congress to Address Root Cause of Mideast Violence - Israel's Occupation of Palestinian Lands..." CAIR Action is a part of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Attia reposted an October 13, 2023 post on X that said, referring to U.S. senator Chuck Schumer: "HAPPENING NOW: hundreds of New Yorkers gather at a...protest in front of @SenSchumer’s office...Free Palestine!"

Attia reposted an October 20, 2023 post on X that said: "BREAKING: NYC-DSA elected officials are marching down East 41st with hundreds of New Yorkers to demand a #CeasefireNow #NoMoneyForMassacres [three Sudanese flag emojis]." NYC DSA is the New York city chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

On October 8, 2025, Attia posted on Instagram: "Less than 3 weeks to register to vote for the general election in NYC. We’re here with @zohrankmamdani at @maketheroadact fighting for affordable NYC..."

On October 26, 2025, Attia posted on Instagram: "We’re out in Astoria canvassing for @zohrankmamdani! Early voting started, everyday till Sunday 11/2! Come on NYC let’s send Zohran Mamdani to City Hall this year."

On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped 251 and wounded thousands. War crimes included various systematic sexual crimes like gang rape and genital mutilation. Men and women were violated, even after being murdered. Victims who survived that day, including hostages, endured forms of humiliation and torture.

Gazans working in the targeted Israeli villages provided intelligence to Hamas on which families to kill and torture, including long-time employers. Many Palestinian civilians joined in and celebrated the attacks. Hamas livestreamed their crimes on social media, including to victims’ accounts for families to see.
