Mike Shaffer

Mike Shaffer participated in at least one anti-Israel event in New York City in 2023. The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) chapter in the city (NYC-DSA) organized the event.

The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.

NYC-DSA is an anti-American and anti-Israel activist group. It celebrated the Hamas terror attacks of October 7, 2023, by holding a rally the next day.

Mike Shaffer also participated in at least two other NYC-DSA events in 2025.

As of October 2025, Mike Shaffer was listed as the author of a form created on Action Network for the NYC-DSA Running Club.

As of September 2025, Mike Shaffer’s LinkedIn profile said he taught 6th and 7th grade English at the Urban Assembly Institute of Math and Science for Young Women (UAI). His LinkedIn said he was located in Brooklyn, New York.
