The flyer promoting the event had imagery glorifying violence. Text on the flyer said: "Glory to our Martyrs! End Military Aid to Isreal [sic]! Shut Down Colonial Feminism!"

On August 29, 2024, PPC, Temple SJP and other anti-Israel organizations held an anti-Israel "RALLY & MARCH TO SUPPORT THE STUDENTS OF GAZA" at Temple University's Charles Library.
The Instagram post promoting the event accused Israel of being a "bloodthirsty, ethnostate of apartheid," as well as perpetuating "genocide" and "scholasticide" in its war against Hamas in Gaza.
