Jamileh Alfroukh participated in multiple anti-Israel rallies during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists, launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

As of February 2025, Alfroukh's LinkedIn profile said she was studying for a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC), since 2022, slated to graduate in 2027. BHCC is located in Boston, Massachusetts.

On August 29, 2024, PPC, Temple SJP and other anti-Israel organizations held an anti-Israel "RALLY & MARCH TO SUPPORT THE STUDENTS OF GAZA" at Temple University's Charles Library.
The Instagram post promoting the event accused Israel of being a "bloodthirsty, ethnostate of apartheid," as well as perpetuating "genocide" and "scholasticide" in its war against Hamas in Gaza.
The post also promoted the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement, stating: "...our demand remains the same: Temple University must disclose and divest."
