Hassaan Chaudhary
Hassaan Chaudhary reportedly spread hatred of Israel during its war against Hamas terrorists, including reposting content praising former Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad calling Israel a "cancer."
Chaudhary wrote his social media posts during an extended period of global antisemitism that began with the October 7, 2023, terror attacks, when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds. Israel subsequently launched a war against Hamas.
As of January 2026, Chaudhary's LinkedIn said he was a political advisor on the transition team for New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani.
As of the same date, Chaudhary's LinkedIn said he served as the Muslim constituency manager and the director of Muslim engagement during Mamdani's 2025 mayoral election campaign.
Mamdani has called for dismantling capitalism and promoted hatred of the police. He has also justified Hamas terrorism and glorified terror supporters. On his first day as mayor, he revoked executive orders designed to combat antisemitism, including increased police protection at synagogues, and nullified a ban on city officials to boycott Israel.
As of January 2026, Chaudhary's Facebook said he was located in New York, New York.
