Fernando Soto Reyes

Fernando Soto Reyes wore a Hamas headband while participating in an anti-Israel encampment at Stanford University (Stanford). He has also expressed hatred of the police on social media.

Reyes's anti-Israel activism took place during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

As of June 2025, Reyes's LinkedIn profile said he graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz (UC Santa Cruz) with a bachelor's degree in anthropology in 2023.

As of the same date, Reyes's LinkedIn said he was located in Hayward, California.
