Emily Gallagher

Emily Gallagher participated in at least one anti-Israel event in New York City in October 2023, during which she was arrested. The event was organized by the anti-Israel group Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP).

The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.

Emily Ghallagher also participated in at least three Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) events in between 2021 and 2025, organized by the city’s DSA chapter (NYC-DSA).

NYC-DSA is an anti-American and anti-Israel activist group. It celebrated the Hamas terror attacks of October 7, 2023, by holding a rally the next day.

As of October 2025, Emily Gallagher was listed as an assemblymember in the New York State Assembly representing District 50. Her LinkedIn profile said she was located in Brooklyn, New York.
