Christine Pash reportedly signed an anti-Israel statement in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.

The January 15, 2024 statement Christine Pash signed accused Israel of an “ongoing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza” as well as “apartheid [and] ethnic cleansing,” during its war against Hamas.

Signatories were affiliated with the State University of New York (SUNY), and the statement sought to develop “a SUNY-wide Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) Movement…at all 64 SUNY campuses.”

As of December 2025, Christine Pash's LinkedIn profile said she was studying for a PhD in critical music studies at Stony Brook University (SBU), slated to graduate in June 2026.

SBU is part of the SUNY system and is located in Stony Brook, New York.
