Angela C. Tsai
Angela C. Tsai [Angela Cheng-Hung Tsai] is a doctor who justified terrorism, glorified suicide and spread anti-Semitism and hatred of Zionists. She has also demonized Israel.
Angela C. Tsai's anti-Israel social media posts occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, called “Swords of Iron.” Israel launched the war after a series of Hamas terror attacks and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings, which were executed on October 7, 2023. The terror attacks left approximately 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded.
As of February 2025, Tsai was listed on the Huntington Hospital website as a board certified otolaryngologist in the hospital's surgery department. Huntington Hospital is located in Pasadena, California.
As of the same date, Tsai was registered as a "physician and surgeon" at the Medical Board of California. Her license number was listed as A168428, with an expiration date of April 30, 2026.
As of February 2025, Tsai was also listed as a licensed otolaryngologist on the National Provider Information (NPI) website, NPI number 1013209931, effective May 11, 2011.
Tsai was listed as having graduated from the Boston Medical Center, Department of Otolaryngology and Head-Neck Surgery, in 2016.
On June 25, 2016, a user posted to Facebook: "Congratulations Angela on your graduation from Otolaryngogly [sic] Residency and for the extra work as Chief Resident..." The post included photos of Angela Tsai standing at a podium receiving an award at her graduation from Boston University.
As of February 2025, Tsai's Instagram bio read: "...ENT [Ear, Nose and Throat] surgeon..." and was marked "...
......" and linked to a fundraiser hosted by the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.
The Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) is a nonprofit organization reportedly set up “to address the medical and humanitarian crisis facing Palestinian youths in the Middle East.” It has been financially linked with the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), which was shut down by the U.S. government for funneling donations to the Hamas terrorist organization.
On April 16, 2024, Angela Tsai, wearing a keffiyeh, spoke at an Arcadia City Council meeting "to propose a Council vote on a ceasefire resolution in Gaza," and said [01:35:10] she resided in Arcadia, California.
On February 10, 2025, during Israel's war against Hamas, Tsai shared [slide 3] on her Instagram Stories Highlights a video of a man who said [00:00:41], referring to "Israel and the Zionists": "...Motherf**ker, we saw what you did!..."
Tsai wrote [slide 3] in the post: "Was just telling my husband that if I were to kill my neighbor’s children, I would be a fking idiot to think they wouldn’t retaliate...they [Israelis] are murdering innocent people."
On Saturday, October 7, 2023, approximately 2,900 heavily armed Hamas terrorists breached Israel’s border with Gaza. They executed numerous war crimes on civilians, including mass murder, beheadings of children, rape of men and women, torture, kidnappings and mutilation.
Hamas broadcast videos of their butchery on social media, often to victims’ accounts for families to see. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.” As of November 10, 2023, approximately 1,200 Israelis, the vast majority of them civilians, were murdered during the attacks. Hamas kidnapped 242 Israelis, including at least 30 children. At least 3,500 people were wounded, many severely.
A terrorist detained by Israel admitted he raped an Israeli woman when he broke into a kibbutz house during the October 7, 2023 attack. In March 2024, a former hostage of Hamas publicly stated she was sexually abused and tortured while in captivity.

Tsai glorified a suicide in a 2024 Facebook post, according to a tip submitted to Canary Mission in February 2025.
Tsai's post featured an image that read: "Rest in paradise, Aaron Bushnell. #FreePalestine."
Tsai’s post honored deceased U.S. Air Force serviceman Aaron Bushnell who set himself on fire in front of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C, on February 25, 2024. As he self-immolated, he yelled “Free Palestine!” He committed suicide to protest Israel’s war against Hamas, launched after the October 7, 2023 terror attacks.
Angela Tsai spread anti-Semitism in a 2025 post, according to a tip submitted to Canary Mission in February 2025.
Tsai's post featured a video in which she said [00:00:13] someone was "...flabbergasted at how I could be equating the Holocaust to the genocide that's happening to Palestinians..."
Anti-Israel activists compare Israel to Nazi Germany to insinuate that the plight of Palestinians has eclipsed Jewish suffering during the Holocaust.
Angela Tsai spread hatred of Zionists in 2025 posts, according to a tip submitted to Canary Mission in February 2025.
One of Tsai's posts featured a video posted to Instagram in which she referred [00:00:16] to Zionists who were "genociding Palestinians" during Israel's war against Hamas.
Another of her posts featured a video in which Tsai said [00:00:27]: "I will be completely honest. Anytime I encounter another Jewish person my thoughts go to 'Are you a Zionist? Do you just wanna kill Palestinians?...Do you think they're even humans?' I mean, 'Where do you stand on this genocide?'"
In another post, Tsai said [00:00:17], referring to her experience at a "local synagogue" as she met congregants, saying: "I just couldn't help but wonder - sitting at a table with all of them. I couldn't help but wonder who was a Zionist and who wasn't."
On October 11, 2024, Tsai updated her Facebook cover photo to say: "You should care that Israel is committing genocide and murdering children with our tax dollars."
