Youssef Shaker [Youssef Hassan Sayed Shaker] participated in an anti-Israel event at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2024.
The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.
As of May 2025, Youssef Shaker’s LinkedIn profile said he was an "Energy Markets Manager - ERCOT" at Voltus.
As of January 2026, Youssef Shaker's LinkedIn also said he graduated from MIT with a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering, as well as in technology and policy, in 2023.
