Samuel David Nine

Overview

Samuel David Nine has threatened violence against Jews. Nine has also spread anti-Semitism and performed [02:00:03] a Nazi salute as an activist with the neo-Nazi Goyim Defense League (GDL) in Florida in 2022 and 2023.

Nine has spread anti-Semitism and anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, idolized Hitler and the Nazis, denied the Holocaust and promoted hatred of Israel supporters and Israel.

The GDL is an anti-Semitic hate group and conspiracy theorist network co-founded by Jon Minadeo and active since at least 2018, with headquarters in Palm Bay, Florida. The group operates a white supremacist online video-sharing platform called GoyimTV (GTV). 

The term “goy” in Hebrew and Yiddish is often used to refer to a non-Jew, with “goyim” being the plural form. “Goy” literally means “nation” in Hebrew.

GDL activists have verbally assaulted [02:55:40] members of the public and police officers with anti-Semitic and racial slurs. The group has also recruited [00:29:50] a large network of activists who distribute thousands of anti-Semitic flyers throughout America.

In 2022, Nine was affiliated [00:02:18] with the neo-Nazi group NatSoc Florida (NSF).

As of August 2023, Nine’s LinkedIn profile said that he was a “Government Administration Professional.” He has also worked as a Warehouse Manager at Raytheon, in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, since January 2010. 

In addition to distributing GDL flyers in a parking lot, Nine has held other roles in the group’s activism, including driving [00:00:18] a vehicle that GDL used at a protest and filming [00:01:11] the same protest.

A GDL activist referred [02:00:03] to Nine by the alias “Fog Cardinal,” which Nine uses on his different social media accounts.

In 2021, Nine said [00:00:07] he was located in Apache Junction (AJ), Arizona. 

Threatening Violence Against Jews

On December 2, 2022, Nine posted a video on YouTube where he said [00:08:41]: “This party is gonna take office. They are gonna set the new standard for ‘Jew naming’ and what to do with Israel and how to deal with the Jews that have been a problem. And there might even be a little bit of punishment to… satisfy some of the bloodlust of the American people.”

Nine later said [00:13:00]: “Those of us in this movement know like I said. We've got to the end of the process… We know that after you ‘name the Jew,’ you also have to build a new society and not let the Jew in anymore.”

2/18/2023 - Anti-Semitic GDL Activism in Florida

At a GDL event in Daytona Beach, Florida, Nine drove [00:00:18] GDL activists Minadeo and Jeffrey Kidder to a parking lot where they gathered with other GDL members to distribute anti-Semitic flyers to passers-by and on multiple car windshields in a mall parking lot. He later performed [01:41:44] the Nazi salute and held [01:53:12] a sign that said: “Why are Jews allowed to suck baby penis?”

Nine also filmed [00:01:14] the GDL activists as they performed the Nazi salute at the parking lot and prepared to distribute the anti-Semitic flyers. 

While filming GDL members distributing flyers in the parking lot Nine said [00:05:18]: “Nazis invading America.” 

Nine then said [00:06:04] to other GDL activists: “Good day to be white, gentleman!” He then drove [00:06:35] Minadeo and other GDL members to the boulevard near the Daytona Beach International Speedway entrance.

While there, Minadeo yelled [00:15:24] at a man he thought was Jewish: “You should be in an oven!” His use of the term “oven” referred to how Nazis cremated Jews after murdering them in gas chambers.

Later, GDL members went [01:08:08] onto a bridge over the boulevard, where they joined [01:13:50] masked NSF members who had hung anti-Semitic banners on the overpass.   

GDL and NSF members handed [01:14:45] out anti-Semitic flyers and repeatedly harassed [01:27:10] passersby of different racial backgrounds with anti-Semitic and racist statements.

Later, Nine posed [01:41:34] for a photo with GDL and NSF activists and performed [01:41:44] a Nazi salute. He appeared [01:41:44] on the left side of the screen, holding a white bullhorn.

Nine later held [01:53:12] a sign pointing toward the highway that said: “Why are Jews allowed to suck baby penis?”

Nine also performed [02:00:03] the Nazi salute as a GDL activist addressed him as “Fog Cardinal.”

On February 27, 2023, Nine appeared in a photo posted on Gab with GDL and NSF activists. Nine appeared on the right side of the screen standing up while wearing a shirt that said: “NAU.”

2/17/2023 - Holding an Anti-Semitic Sign Outside a Synagogue

At a GDL action outside a Florida synagogue, Nine held [00:00:01] a large GDL sign that said: “ Keep All Your Jewish Blessings.” The sign claimed that these blessings included “Sodomy,” “Pedophilia,” “Pornography,” and “Child trafficking.” He wore [00:00:11] a dark blue shirt, a green cap, and purple sunglasses.

On February 17, 2023, Nine assembled [00:00:01] with 11 other GDL activists outside a Chabad synagogue in Orlando, Florida. GDL members held anti-Semitic signs and harassed Jewish people with anti-Semitic slurs.

GDL leader Minadeo spoke [00:03:19] to the daughter of a Holocaust survivor on the street, saying: “I have a present for you.” He took [00:03:23] a bar of soap out of a bag in a wrapper labeled: “Swastika Soap.”

Minadeo said [00:03:31] to her: “So, this is made out of the fat of dead Jews, and the semen and the teeth. It smells amazing. Would you like to take this home?” 

Minadeo went on to say [00:03:44]: “These are your relatives in one bar of soap. ‘Wash the Jew Away,’ what do you think?”

As of August 2023, “Swastika Soap” bars were sold on the GoyimTV website. The soap featured the “Happy Merchant” anti-Semitic caricature with text that said: “Wash the Jew Away.” GDL made the soap to mock the reports of human fat being used by the Nazis to make soap during World War II. 

Minadeo also asked [00:06:38] a man he thought was Jewish: “Sir, do you think you should be put into an oven?”

During the protest, Minadeo shouted [00:00:01] through a megaphone over the fence outside the synagogue: “Heil Hitler, Jew! Heil Hitler!”

Anti-Semitism

On May 24, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “save the children, / expel the jew.”

Also on May 24, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “talk about the jew. / call them out. / shame them. / expose them.”

On May 25, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “...Judaism is the enemy. / Zionism is their weapon. / Jews worship Satan and mean to dominate the world. / Fight against the evil Jew, / or fight for the evil Jew. / Smite the Devil and sanctify your home…”

Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture.

On June 5, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “... f**k the talmudic jews. / f**k the faggot shills. / f**k the coward conservatives… / f**k the liberals. / f**k the commies. / israel is the scum of the earth. f**k them to dust…/ f**k social media influences. / f**k hollywood. / f**k anything that has a commercial… / f**k you if you don't like it. / being an a**hole only means you don'y like my opinion. / i love being an a**hole. / no one can say i compromised.”

On June 29, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “request: 
moar clips of jews and trannies getting ktfo [knocked the f*ck out].”

On July 2, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “any plan that doesn't include expelling the jew from america is trash.”

On July 14, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “all war is consolidation of wealth and power…
after you get done fighting your neighbor the jews still end up on top. / the parasites have no loyalty. / help each other escape the zionist system, / harbor the children,

On July 23, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “were werewolf, vampire, and other monster stories really about the jews, / and the reason they are killed by silver is because it was the alternative to jewish gold domination?”

On July 24, 2021, Nine posted on Gab: “does anyone else get excited at the fact that the best chance the world had to crush communism and stop the jews was the motherf**kin' Samurai and Nazis?”
