As of the same date, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a photo of a can of Zyklon B gas pellets beside an anti-Semitic caricature of a Jew, known as the “Happy Merchant.”

The Happy Merchant is an anti-Semitic cartoon caricature of a Jew with a black beard, long hooked nose, a hunched back, crooked teeth and wrung hands. The cartoon is often used in memes by white supremacists to spread conspiracy theories and harass Jews online.  
Also as of May 3, 2018,Ray’s Gab.com account featured a graphic, dated “a month” earlier of the Happy Merchant puzzling over a paper that read: “COVFEFE” - “CONFOUNDING OVEN-DODGING VERMIN FURNISHES ENJOYMENT FOR EVERYONE.”
 
As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a graphic, dated “a month” earlier with three images of the Happy Merchant hanging from nooses affixed to a Swastika.
 
As of the same date, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a graphic, dated “a month” earlier that portrayed a delivery boy holding a Pizza, with a caption that read: “Sorry if your pizza tastes a little bit like kike. All our ovens are dual purpose.” 

As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a photo of Jewish children, standing behind barbed wire in a concentration camp, dated “2 months” earlier. The photo was colorized orange and captioned:: “ORANGE JEWS. 100% Concentrated.”

Also as of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “2 months” earlier of an Uncle Sam graphic captioned: “I WANT YOU TO GAS THE KIKES. RACE WAR NOW!”

As ofMay 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “2 months” earlier, of a graphic portraying a lampshade made from a Jew.
 
As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “2 months” earlier of an image of the Happy Merchant burning in an oven, with a caption that read: “FOLLOW YOUR ANCESTORS” 

Anti-Semitism

As of May 3, 2018, Ray had shared a post on Gab.com dated “a month” earlier featuring a photo of a pug with a caption that read: “Gas the jews !!”

On May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “a month” earlier of a series of images portraying the human brain progressively getting bigger and smarter. From the smallest image of the brain, a caption read: “Hitler was a piece of s**t.” 

The next image on the bigger brain read: “Hitler did nothing wrong: the Jews deserved the genocide.” The next caption on the smarter brain read: “Hitler did nothing wrong: He didn’t even genocide the Jews.” The caption on the smartest brain read: “Hitler is a piece of s**t because he didn’t genocide the Jews.” 

As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “a month” earlier with two images: one of Mel Gibson looking through the scope of a rifle, the second showing a Hasidic Jew as the target of a sniper. 

As of May 3, 2018, Ray had shared a post on Gab.com of a meme featuring the late David Rockefeller, who died on March 20, 2017. The meme showed Rockefeller wearing a yellow star with the word “JUDE” burning in hell-fire, near a smiling Devil. A caption read: “BURN IN HELL” 

As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “2 months” earlier of an image of the Happy Merchant peering over a wall with a caption that read: “YOUR FREE SPEECH ENDS WHERE MY HOOK NOSE BEGINS.”

As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “2 months” earlier that read: “If you'd actually read Mein Kampf and understood it you'd know that what we're attepting (Sic) is basically the same thing Hitler did.”
 
In August 2017, at “a private post-Unite the Right gathering,” Ray reportedly delivered “a violent anti-Semitic speech he called ‘This is Our War,’” read on behalf of his boss, the founder of the Daily Stormer, Andrew Anglin:

Ray said [00:00:11]:“My brothers, you stand here as the last line of defense against an ancient force of evil which seeks to erase the European man from history. 

The Jew has been drinking our blood for millennia and now this monster rules over us as a brutal slave master. Slowly exterminating us, they bury us in brown sludge. They feed us drugs. They send us to die in their wars. They auction our women off to animals.  

Not only do they intend to exterminate us they intend to make it as though we never existed. So they have their history make our heroes into villains.They claim our accomplishments as their own. 

They tear down the statues of our ancestors who shed blood so that we may live. The all-consuming darkness surrounds us now.You, my brothers in arms, stand at the sole remaining lines of Western Civilization. You have been slated to be the last generation of white men.

Racial Hatred

As May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “a month” earlier of a caricature of a black man holding a knife, with a caption that read: “LAST YEAR. HANDGUNS KILLED MANY N**GERS. GOD BLESS AMERICA.” 

Below the image was a photo of a gun painted red, white and blue. A further caption read: “STOP N**GERS BEFORE THEY STOP YOU.” Ray commented: “SUK MUH DIK, BOOMER!”
 
As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a graphic, dated “a month” earlier, of a black person’s face photo-shopped onto the body of a masturbating primate. Ray commented: “You are an excellent argument for a block function. Why should anyone's tl be sullied with the ooking, eeking, and poo-flinging of semi-sentient apes pretending to be human?” 

As of May 3, 2018, Ray’s Gab.com account featured a post, dated “2 months” earlier that read: “Come on bro, gorillas aren't nearly as ugly as n**gers.” 

Promoting Racism in Charlottesville

On August 14, 2017, during a Vice News documentary on the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia Ray said [00:06:53]: “this city is run by Jewish communists and criminal n**gers.” 

Later in the documentary, Ray was interviewed and asked [00:07:41] what the rally meant to him. 

Ray responded [00:07:45]: “For one thing, it means that we’re showing to this parasitic class of anti-white vermin that this is our country. This country was built by our forefathers, its sustained by us and is going to remain our country. I believe as you can see we are stepping off the internet in a big way…” 

Ray continued [00:08:15]: “We greatly outnumbered the anti-white, anti-American filth, and at some point we will have enough power that we will clear them from the streets forever! That which is degenerate in White countries will be removed.” 
 

Promoting Anti-Semitism on Campus

According to the ADL, Ray is instrumental in running Stormer Book Club (SBC) chapter activities. SBC’s are composed of “groups of millennial males” intended to constitute “a real-life troll army,” build bonds and “develop a brotherhood as they prepare for the coming race war.” 

Their activities “included firearms training, going to the gym, reading books, and political activism, including participation in protests and demonstrations.”

Ray has posted photos of SBC-produced anti-Semitic postersdistributed in public places like librarie sand placed on college campus post boards, such as Clark Collegeand the University of Minnesota (UMN). 
 
In an interview posted on Youtube on June 14, 2017, from a rally “to save the Sam Houston statue” in Houston Texas, opposing Antifa on June 10, 2017. Ray joined with the Houston chapter of VA, the Houston Goylers and Texas Daily Stormer Book Clubs from Houston and East Texas, 

Ray said [00:01:04]: “Jared Kushner! Gas him!...I’m saying that ‘cause he’s Jewish and he has power that he shouldn’t have.” 

When the interviewer asked Ray [00:01:12]: “So you don’t like Jews?” Ray answered [00:01:14]: “No I hate them.”
