Rania Hindi
Overview
Rania Hindi has spread anti-Semitic and anti-Israel hatred and promoted incitement against Israelis on Twitter.
Hindi is a student at Cañada College, Redwood City.
Hatred of Jews
On January 19, 2016, Hindi tweeted: "I blame the yahood [Jews]"
On May 30, 2015, Hindi tweeted: "@mandyOmAli piece of khara [s**t] I swear...was he a Jew?"
Dehumanizing Israelis
On July 8, 2015, Hindi tweeted: "@Jewness @DanahK_ how original...now go back to Israel sweetie your family awaits." The tweet featured a photo of pigs with human faces photoshopped on the pigs heads — and an Israeli flag photoshopped onto the pigsty.
On April 19, 2016, Hindi tweeted a screenshot of a tweet that read: "Calling Israelis ‘animals’ is actually being disrespectful to the animals themselves."
Spreading Incitement
On October 14, 2015, Hindi tweeted a flyer promoting an anti-Israel demonstration organized by the General Union for Palestine Students (GUPS) at San Francisco State University (GUPS SFSU) and Palestine Youth Movement (PYM). The protest announcement alleged an "immense surge of Zionist aggression," “an ongoing project of ethnic cleansing and “Zionist bombardment on Al-Aqsa mosque.”
October 2015 saw an upsurge in violence across Israel incited by Palestinian political and religious leaders. The wave of stabbings, known as the "Knife Intifada," saw young Palestinians across Israel stabbing and attempting to stab scores of Israeli civilians.
Many attacks were sparked and fueled by Palestinian leaders propagating the libel that Israel intended to desecrate the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
In the same feed, Hindi also tweeted a photo of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh. Hamas is dedicated to killing Jews on a worldwide basis and teaches children to hate and kill Jews.
