Ousama Tohaibeche

Ousama Tohaibeche [Sam Tohaibeche] was arrested at a pro-Hamas encampment at ASU during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds more that day. For more information, see the Canary Mission page on Hamas.

On April 27, 2024, Ousama Tohaibeche was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass at the ASU encampment.

The encampment was part of a national movement on college campuses during Israel’s war against Hamas. The encampments were also in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

As of March 2025, Ousama Tohaibeche, using the name Sam Tohaibeche, was listed as a home loan expert with Rocket Mortgage in Phoenix, Arizona.

As of May 2025, Ousama Tohaibeche was listed as a mortgage loan originator (MLO), License Number 10053834, issued March 5, 2024, by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Real Estate, expiring on December 31, 2025.

As of May 2025, Ousama Tohaibeche's LinkedIn profile said he had worked as a sales and finance manager at Avondale Toyota since 2023 and that he was located in Tempe, Arizona, the same location as ASU.
