Omar Zoubeidi

Overview

Omar Zoubeidi has spread hatred of Israel, expressed support for a terrorist and equated Israel with Nazi Germany on Twitter.

In January 2021, Zoubeidi’s Instagram page said he was the “Co owner” of Footsteps Chicago, a company that sells “New & Pre-Owned Sneakers/Streetwear” based in Chicago, Illinois.

As of the same date, Zoubeidi’s website indicated that he was a Personal Trainer and said “I offer meal plans, training plans, and online coaching.”

As of January 2021, Zoubeidi’s Twitter bio indicated he had won “1st place Novice & Teen BodyBuilding champion” in a National Physique Committee (NPC) competition, in November 2019.

In November 2019, Zoubeidi tweeted photos of himself holding trophies after winning the competition.

As of January 2021, Zoubeidi used the alias “relentless_omar” on Twitter as well as on Instagram and on Youtube.

Zoubeidi also spread hatred of Jews, promoted Holocaust revisionism, likened Israel to Nazi Germany and spread hatred of Israel while he was in high school.

Spreading Hatred of Israel

On January 24, 2020, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Not tryna even get political but Obama was just as worse as Trump he just is black and has a family that looks good so everyone got brainwashed by that f**kery but he’s a bastard that’s also Israel’s b**ch.”

On November 5, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “When will I ever be able to log onto any social media and not see innocent Palestinians murdered ... f**k israel !forever and always :).”

Zoubeidi retweeted an October 1, 2019, tweet that read: “Israel the cancer of humanity.”

Support for a Terrorist

On June 23, 2020, Zoubeidi tweeted: “What isra*l won’t ever understand is that it’s an honor to die a martyr, something they can’t die from!! Allah yerhamak ya shaheed [May Allah have mercy upon you, O Martyr"] ... this is why Palestinians have a lot of pride , isra*l is trying their best to erase our entire existence.”

Zoubeidi’s tweet included a tweet that featured a video of Ahmad Erakat lying on the ground.

Ahmad Erakat [Ahmad Moustafa Erekat] was killed by Israeli security forces after he accelerated and rammed his car into soldiers at a checkpoint. One female soldier was also injured.

Zoubeidi also retweeted a tweet glorifying Ahmad Erakat on June 23, 2020.

Equating Israel with Nazi Germany

Zoubeidi retweeted a January 27, 2021 tweet that read: “Israel is modern day hitler, f**k you and everyone who still is okay with Israels existence till this day. Y’all are nazis, go burn in the deepest of hell.”

The tweet Zoubeidi shared promoted a blood-libel claiming that Israelis murdered Palestinian child Qusai Abu Ramila, who had died in a tragic drowning accident.

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.

High School Hatred of Jews

On January 28, 2018, in reference to Holocaust Memorial Day, Zoubeidi tweeted:“This s**t was all planned out g, hitler even said he destroyed 90% of the Jews but left 10% to show the world why he hated them . Go forward less then 100 years and their making Palestinians lives miserable .”

High School Holocaust Revisionism

On October 23, 2018, in response to a tweet that read: “nothing, absolutely nothing, compares to the murder of 6 million Jews.”

Zoubeidi tweeted: “6 million Jews didn’t even die , it was way less then that.”

“Holocaust revisionism” is a form of anti-Semitism where proponents deny or minimize key aspects of the Holocaust.

High School Likening Israel to Nazi Germany

On October 29, 2018, in response to a tweet that read: “A 97 year-old Holocaust survivor was killed for being Jewish yesterday. In the United States. Let that sink in.”

Zoubeidi tweeted: “Their is a holocaust going on rn in Palestine.The Zionists are commiting a holocaust on innocent people . It’s really sad that a 97 year old died , but one life isn’t more valuable than another.Gaza is currently being bombed too,5+ children died in the last 24 hours.”

Zoubeidi added to the same thread: “Going to get hate for this , and that’s cool no ones opinion will ever make me give a f**k.”

On July 28, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Holocaust didn’t teach these zionists s**t . Nazis of the 21st century.”

On July 24, 2018, in response to a tweet that read: “The holocaust didn’t teach these people nothing. They have no sympathy for the lives of others. Cowards and a disgrace to humanity.” Zoubeidi tweeted: “+ the holocaust wasn’t for 70 long f**king years.”

On May 15, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Holocaust wasn’t 70 years, but the mass murder of Palestinians is 70+ years . Can’t believe this s**t still happening to my people.”

On April 7, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Their is no such thing as Palestine vs ‘Israel’ conflict . It’s a f**king genocide. You can deny s**t all you want, but you can’t deny picture, videos and experiences . 1,000+ injured in the last few days and over 10 deaths.”

On March 30, 2018, some 30,000 Palestinians in Gaza approached Israel’s border to take part in “Land Day Protests,” or the “March of Return.” The march was organized and funded by Hamas as a campaign of violent protests to spotlight the Palestinian demand to “return” to Israel. The “right of return” has since been discredited as a means to eliminate Israel.

Most of the Gazans who died between March 30 and April 6, 2018, were identified as terror operatives who were killed while carrying out terrorist attacks, rioting against IDF forces or attempting to breach the border fence between Israel and the Gaza Strip.

On January 27, 2018, in response to a tweet that read: “#HolocaustMemorialDay” Zoubeidi tweeted: “Holocaust yo5id7um [May a Holocaust take them], theirs a holocaust happening in pali rn.”

High School Hatred of Israel

On October 22, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “If some how some way my screenshots come out in a few years , I just wanna say , yes I did say F**K ISRAEL & I’ll always say F**K ISRAEL .”

Zoubeidi added to the same thread: “Also who ever supports israel can kiss my a**”

A Twitter user replied: “It's ok we like it when anti-Semites are forward about it.”

Zoubeidi responded: “Go back to Europe , you uncultured swine .”

On October 2, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Good morning and f**k israel.”

On August 10, 2018, in response to a tweet that read: “Sick and tired of seeing every day Hamas are still sacrificing Palestinian lives for nothing other than money and power....” Zoubeidi tweeted: “Kus imek [F**K your mother] u Zionist f**k.”

On July 29, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Imagine being in your own country/land and not being allowed to go to more than 80% of the country :(.“

Zoubeidi added to the same thread: “But some f**king musty a** Jew can go anywhere they f**king want that aren’t even from here.”

On June 14, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “A dog deserves more respect than zionists.”

On May 14, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “I f**king hate zionists.”

On May 6, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “What do America and ‘israel’ have in common?They are both racist as f**k.”

On April 30, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “I’ll respect anyone, but I’ll never respect a Zionist and that’s on my soul .”

On March 26, 2018, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Last month i talked to a guy at the gym, and I followed him on Instagram.... last week he posted a story on insta and it was some Israeli flag bulls**t. I really couldn’t believe I had a convo with a zionist and didn’t know…”

On December 31, 2017, Zoubeidi tweeted: “Calling zionists devils doesn’t even do justice anymore.”

On December 9, 2017, Zoubeidi tweeted: “First of f**kin all you guys aren’t from f**kin ‘Israel’ your all some scums from some bulls**t a** European country.”
