Mya Vallejo

Mya Vallejo was arrested at a pro-Hamas encampment at Arizona State University (ASU) during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

On April 26, 2024, Mya Vallejo was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass at the ASU encampment. Her case was processed at the Justice Courts of Maricopa County.

The encampment was part of a national movement on college campuses during Israel’s war against Hamas. The encampments were in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

On April 30, 2024, Mya Vallejo was listed as one of the 20 plaintiffs in a lawsuit against ASU. The plaintiffs were suspended by the school following their arrest at the unlawful pro-Hamas encampment. They were also “not permitted back on ASU campus grounds” and were “prohibited from communicating with any ASU faculty or staff.”

As of March 2025, Mya Vallejo's LinkedIn profile said she was studying for her JD at ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, slated to graduate in 2025. ASU is located in Tempe, Arizona.

Also as of March 2025, Mya Vallejo's LinkedIn said she had been working as an extern at the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender since January 2025.

As of the same date, Vallejo's LinkedIn said she was located in the greater Phoenix, Arizona, area.
