Overview
Maha Dawoud has expressed support for Hamas and other terrorists. Dawoud has also spread anti-Semitism and hatred of Israel on Twitter.As of February 2017, Dawoud’s LinkedIn page said she was studying for a diploma in event management at Humber College (Humber) and was slated to graduate in 2018. Dawoud also graduated with a certificate in media foundations from Humber in 2015.
As of the same date, Dawoud’s LinkedIn said she had worked as a sales associate at Urban Planet and Remember me/Coral Essence.

Terror Support (Hamas, PFLP)
On February 20, 2017, Dawoud’s Twitter cover photo featured a picture of masked Hamas militants wearing the headband of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas.Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 2] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.

On December 16, 2014, Dawoud tweeted images of masked terrorists with Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). Dawoud wrote: “‘@PalestinianInfo: Palestinian men
’ @RefaiZainab found your favorite post.” The PFLP is dedicated to the violent destruction of Israel. It is designated as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) by the United States. The EU, Canada, the Gulf Cooperation Council, Australia and Israel also list it as a terror group due to its history of carrying out assassinations, suicide bombings, hijackings and multiple murders.
Anti-Semitism
On August 7, 2016, Dawoud tweeted: “@mandyOmAli @RefaiZainab the conversation we had after seeing this tweet.”Dawoud’s tweet had a screenshot of a chat message that read: “Jew farts prob smell like a worse version of Palestinian Fart, you know since they like stealing everything that’s ours they probably stole that too and made it worse.” Another chat message read: “Jew farts probably occupy ur nostrils and then they disappear wishing you could have them back.”

Hatred of Israel
On June 15, 2016, Dawoud tweeted: “That's how you know he's the one.” The tweet featured a screenshot of three consecutive messages that read: “Me and my husband have to go throw rocks at israelis before we even say i love u. / Thats how i know hes the one / LOL.”Although romanticized as a form of “popular resistance,” rock throwing remains a deadly form of violence.
On October 12, 2015, Dawoud tweeted: “Am I allowed to chant ‘falesteen ibladna ou israel iklabna, bdou2o 3al bowabna mitl isha7adeen’ [‘Palestine is our land and Israel is our dog, knocking on our doors like beggars'] at this Fridays protest???”
On September 17, 2015, Dawoud tweeted: “Israel probably bribed someone to get into the Euro cup
”On February 18, 2015, Dawoud tweeted a photo of the Israeli flag next to the Kurdish flag and commented: “This looks like diarrhea.”
On December 11, 2014, Dawoud tweeted: “Oh my god Israel I'll buy you an island instead just gtfo [get the f*ck out]
”On October 17, 2014, Dawoud tweeted: “Israel supplies the hatred. America supplies the bombs.”
On July 19, 2014, Dawoud tweeted a meme with a caption that read: “Israel please just f**k off nobody likes you.” Dawoud commented: “Pretty much. #FreePalestine #FreeGaza #PrayForGaza #prayforpalestine #PrayForPeace.”
Dawoud wrote her tweet during Israel’s Operation Protective Edge (OPE) against Hamas.
Israel commenced OPE in July 2014 to stop rocket fire targeting Israeli civilians and to destroy Hamas attack tunnels.
On July 19, 2014, Dawoud tweeted: “Israel is fake. Literally their country is fake and the people there love to spread rumors. #FreePalestine #FreeGaza #PrayForGaza.”
On July 16, 2014, Dawoud tweeted: “Israel is brainwashing their children and killing Palestinian children #FreePalestine #FreeGaza.”
