Overview

Joseph Bounds [Joseph Eugene Bounds] was arrested in 2021 for resisting a police officer while engaging in neo-Nazi activism.

Bounds has publicly promoted [01:26:10] anti-Semitism, performed [01:38:35] Nazi salutes and participated [01:50:12] in anti-Semitic activities with the neo-Nazi Goyim Defense League (GDL). He has also mocked the Holocaust, spread anti-Semitism and promoted anti-Semitic conspiracy theories on social media.

As of July 2023, Bounds was a member of the GDL, an anti-Semitic hate group and conspiracy theorist network active since at least 2018, with headquarters in Palm Bay, Florida. The group stages anti-Semitic stunts across the U.S. and operates a white supremacist online video-sharing platform called GoyimTV (GTV).

The term “goy” in Hebrew and Yiddish is often used to refer to a non-Jew, with “goyim” being the plural form. “Goy” literally means “nation” in Hebrew.

As of July 2023, Bounds’s LinkedIn profile said he worked as “COUNTER MGR @ F1021” at a Wolseley hardware store.

As of July 2023, Bounds’s Facebook said he was located in Denver, Colorado. However, as of the same date, both his LinkedIn and Twitter said he was located in Grand Junction, Colorado.

As of July 2023, Bounds used the handle “@cephesaul” on Instagram and the username “CephEsaul” on Twitter.

Arrested in Florida

On May 13, 2021, Bounds was reportedly arrested in Miami, Florida, for resisting a police officer and failure to obey orders. His arrest took place during a traffic stop while he was traveling on GDL’s “Name the Nose Tour” (NTNT), which took place May 7-14, 2021.

2/18/2023 - Neo-Nazi Banner Drop in Daytona, Florida

Bounds distributed [01:26:00] anti-Semitic flyers, recited [01:38:27] white supremacist slogans and performed [01:38:35] a Nazi salute at a joint GDL-National Socialists Florida (NSF) rally in Daytona, Florida. He can be seen in the video with a mohawk haircut. He wore blue jeans, aviator sunglasses and a neon green hoodie over which he wore a black T-shirt that said “adolf” on it.

On February 18, 2023, GDL members distributed [00:02:30] flyers and hung an anti-Semitic banner on the pedestrian bridge leading to the Daytona International Speedway in Florida during the Daytona 500 race weekend. Participants held anti-Semitic posters, and GDL co-founder and leader Jon Minadeo held a sign that said [00:11:57]: “Why are Jews allowed to suck baby penis?”

Minadeo then shouted [00:12:56] at people crossing the highway overpass: “96% of American media is owned by baby penis-sucking Jews. Communists! They are trying to wipe out white people in their own country!”

The assertion that Jews control the media has been traced to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an anti-Semitic fabricated text that depicts wealthy Jews conspiring to take over the world.

Minadeo shouted [00:00:19] through a megaphone at someone across the highway: “Shut up, you stupid Jew, you’re in a hatchback. You should be in an oven!…And when white people wake up, you f**kers are done! Pack your bags, Jew!”

GDL then members went [01:08:08] to the pedestrian bridge, where they joined [01:13:50] masked National Socialists Florida (NSF) activists who had hung anti-Semitic banners.

Bounds handed out [01:26:00] anti-Semitic flyers on the overpass, as GDL and NSF members jointly and repeatedly harassed [01:27:10] passersby of different racial backgrounds with anti-Semitic and racist statements such as [01:30:28]: “Shut up, you faggot race traitor!”

Bounds, while walking on the overpass, told [01:37:03] someone to look at Revelation 3:9, calling them “synagogue of Satan.” Bounds then solicited [01:38:20] donations from live stream viewers. He said [01:38:27]: “God bless y’all! White f**king power!” and performed [01:38:36] a Nazi salute.

The phrase “synagogue of Satan” is mentioned in two verses from the New Testament’s Book of Revelation (2:9, 3:9), which have been used through the ages to justify anti-Semitism.

2/17/2023 - GDL Rally Outside a Synagogue in Orlando, Florida

Bounds participated [00:00:43] in a GDL rally outside a synagogue in Orlando, Florida, where he held [00:00:46] a large sign promoting an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory. Bounds can be seen in the video with a mohawk haircut wearing a pink, short-sleeved shirt, aqua shorts and aviator sunglasses.

On February 17, 2023, Bounds participated [00:00:43] in a rally outside a Chabad synagogue in Orlando, Florida, with over a dozen other GDL activists. GDL members held anti-Semitic signs, and harassed with anti-Semitic slurs pedestrians and drivers they identified as Jewish.

Bounds held [00:00:46] a large sign that read: “EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF THE COVID AGENDA IS JEWISH.”

Minadeo shouted [00:01:10] through a megaphone at a person driving into the synagogue parking lot: “You are the devil, Jew. That’s why you suck baby penis. That’s why you’ve been kicked out of 109 nations 1,030 times. That’s why you look like a…f**king retard because your people inbreed so much. You’re so f**king paranoid. You’re hideous. And you’re gonna get expelled again. Laugh about it now. Free Palestine. Free America. F**k you, Jew.”

Minadeo also pointed to a BBQ grill and asked [00:02:36] someone: “How many Jews can fit in this?”

5/12/2021 - GDL Holocaust Denial Rally in Florida

Bounds displayed [00:13:37] a defaced Israeli flag with anti-Semitic messages and held up [01:50:05] a poster denying the Holocaust at a GDL rally in Florida. The incident was part of GDL’s “Name the Nose Tour” (NTNT) held May 7-14, 2021. Bounds can be seen in the video with a mohawk haircut. He wore dark shorts and mirror sunglasses. Toward the beginning of the video he wore a plaid, short-sleeved shirt, and later he wore a white T-shirt.

On May 12, 2021, while riding with other GDL members in a van covered with neo-Nazi and anti-Semitic messages, Bounds held up [00:13:37] an Israeli flag with a black X drawn over the Star of David and text that said: “JEWS KILL PALESTINIANS.” He then attached [00:15:07] the defaced Israeli flag to the van window.

Later, GDL members went [00:26:10] to the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center in Dania Beach, Florida, where they stood [00:27:00] on the side of the road with megaphones and held banners denying the Holocaust as well as the defaced Israeli flag.

Minadeo, holding a Palestinian flag, yelled [00:31:05] through a megaphone: “You Jews need to stop brainwashing our children with your bulls**t. Your Holocaust is bulls**t.”

Bounds and other GDL members walked [00:40:36] farther along the road, dragging the Israeli flag on the sidewalk. They stationed [00:49:17] themselves outside a gas station. Minadeo shouted [01:09:30] at cars driving by: “F**k these Jews! Get ‘em out! Get these Jews out of our country now!”

Bounds and other GDL members spat [01:33:21] on the Israeli flag. Minadeo then kicked the flag and said [01:33:23]: “F**k you, Jew! Get out!”

Bounds and another GDL activist stood in front of the gas station, holding up [01:50:05] a large banner that read: “THE HOLOCAU$T WAS A LIE.”

Mocking the Holocaust

On May 6, 2021, Bounds tweeted: “Someone has to stop these Nazi’s! They are exposing the Zyclon B was basically Head & Shoulders!”

Zyklon B was a cyanide-based pesticide invented in Germany in the 1920s. It was later used by the Nazis to murder over 1 million people in gas chambers during the Holocaust, most of whom were Jews.

On May 1, 2023, Bounds posted on Instagram a Nazi propaganda film showing the “good” life of Jews in Nazi Germany. He wrote: “Never Forget the 6 Million.”

Anti-Semitism

On March 9, 2023, Bounds posted on Instagram a photo of George Lincoln Rockwell, founder of the American Nazi Party, with a quote that said: “Communism is the organized mutiny of the inferior biological people in the world, led by the jews, against the people who have built civilization.” Bounds wrote: “Happy Birthday to one of the Greatest Americans to live!”

On November 17, 2021, Bounds posted on Instagram a video titled: “Deus Vult [God wills it],” in which the narrator said [00:03:27]: “...the Christian patriarchs in our family were steadfast anti-Semites, where even pronouncing the word Jew in either household came with a severe lecture, as it was considered offensive. Old-time European Christianity was not about inclusivity or diversity…it was about blood and soil and the right to defend both with our spirit and if needs must, the sword.”

On September 20, 2020, Bounds tweeted: “...The Fascists LOST!...Welcome to our one world communist jutopia!”

On September 7, 2020, Bounds tweeted: “Counter terrorism.” His tweet included a tweet from StopAntisemitism.org that read: “Yazied Assad, a Brooklyn man, states on #tiktok he snatched a #Jewish man’s kippah away from him and is going to wipe his a** with it.”

On October 6, 2019, Bounds tweeted: “Anti Satanism” in response to a tweet from a pro-Jewish grassroots initiative that read: “...Anti-Semitism is _______. Comment your answer below!”

On November 14, 2018, Bounds tweeted: “Jews hate Jesus Christ! Even though Islam does not accept him as Messiah they revere him! Wahabism is…Another Jewish proxy. World Goyim Unite!”

Wahhabism is a movement within Sunni Islam practiced mostly in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Anti-Semitic Conspiracy Theories

On February 28, 2022, Bounds posted on Instagram: “No matter what, their policy will always be ‘f**k White people only’. Zionist Occupied Governments will blow apart Israel’s brown regional enemies and import them by the millions to displace the White people they rule over, but they will make sure White people in ZOG countries have to stay and fight ZOG wars.”

ZOG stands for Zionist Occupied Government, an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that claims Jews secretly control Western governments. The phrase is frequently used by anti-Semitic and white nationalist groups.

Also on February 28, 2022, Bounds posted on Instagram: “...Israel is assisting the communist party of Ukraine to murder Ukrainian patriots while smuggling their precious Ukrainian ***s [Jews] out so they can leach off another host country & repeat the cycle…”

On December 11, 2020, Bounds tweeted: “Trump is a JWO [Jewish World Order] puppet... F**k off.”
