Promoting Violence

On August 21, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “I’ll be dreaming ab [about] this 🇵🇸🤍.” Mustafa’s tweet included a video of a mob of Palestinians throwing Molotov cocktails at a passing Israeli army truck.

On June 28, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “...jews and palestinians lived together in peace for years until they decided they wanted to occupy our land and m*rder our people. You may be okay with the blood of our ancestors and people being spilled but I and most Palestinians are not. Resistance is the only answer.”

Among Palestinians and anti-Israel activists, the term “resistance” can be a euphemism for nationalistic terror. It is often used to excuse or even glorify anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence.

Mustafa added to the thread: “The moment blood was spilled was the moment any wishes for peace was destroyed. And the only people to blame for that is isr*el.”

Mustafa also tweeted on the same thread: “Can’t stand people that don’t understand the importance of resisting the oppressor. Isr*el doesn’t want peace with Palestine. They want to slowly annex Palestine and ethnically cleanse our people by either m*rdering them or sending them out of Palestine to forget ab their roots.”

Terror Support (Hamas, Hezbollah)

On March 26, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “I support hamas…they’ve done so much for the Palestinian…They’re not a terrorist organization, that’s what the media portrays them as. Hamas is merely a result of the occupation.”

Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S., Canada, European Union, Israel and other countries. Founded in 1987, it has killed thousands of Israeli civilians through mass shootings and suicide bombings. Hamas has also kidnapped children, families and the elderly and held them hostage in Gaza. It has desecrated [slide 2] dead bodies and launched numerous rocket attacks against Israeli civilians.

Mustafa added to the thread: “Hamas simply exists to protect Palestinians and defend them from Israel the real terrorist state…”

Also, on March 26, 2020, Mustafa also tweeted: “Hamas is defending Palestinians against Israel’s terrorist activities…”

On July 22, 2020, Mustafa tweeted a poll asking: “Do you think Hezbollah will play a big role in freeing Palestine?”

Hezbollah has long been known as an anti-Semitic and genocidal terror organization dedicated to destroying Israel.

On the same day, Mustafa tweeted another poll that asked: “Question for Palestinians, do you like/support Hezbollah?”

Hatred of Israel

On July 31, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “La3nat allah 3ala israel [May the curse of Allah be upon Israel].”

On July 1, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “...Isr*el is an illegitimate t*rrorist state. Palestinians will continue to resist…”

On March 26, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “Israel is a terrorist state.”

Mustafa added to the same thread: “Israel is a terrorist state that is trying to annihilate Palestinians so they can have the land of PALESTINE to themselves…”

On March 25, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “...our [Palestinian] people are literally being ethnically cleansed. Israel’s main goal is to eliminate all Palestinians…”

On October 27, 2019, Mustafa tweeted: “Kos em isr*el [F**k Israel],” and added: “Just a daily reminder.”

Hatred of Zionists

On March 15, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “It’s so pathetic when filthy zionists pull the anti-semitism card when Palestinians talk about the murdering of innocent ppl [people]…”

On the same day, Mustafa tweeted: “Zionist Twitter is so f**king annoying.”

On March 26, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “I don’t discriminate or hate ppl [people] because of their ethnicities either. I only have hatred towards zionists.”

On June 1, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “No ones hates Jews, because real Jews don’t murder people or support the murdering of innocent people. As for zionists, can’t say the same.”

On June 30, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “Don’t waste your time with zionist sympathizers, they’re so out of touch with reality.”

On August 16, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “Liberal zi*nists think peace treaties between palestine and isr*el are an option. Such delusional ppl [people] I swear..”

On September 8, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “tik tok needs to stop putting zionists on my fyp [‘For You’ page].. I can’t even scroll in peace without being triggered.”

On September 10, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “...To me if you support isr*el in any way even if you’re a liberal zi*nist, you undermine all of the atrocities Palestinians have faced bc [because] of isr*el.” Mustafa added: “I could care less if you’re a nice person, dumb is dumb.”

On October 8, 2020, Mustafa tweeted: “Zionist falasteeni [Palestinian]??🤢.”

Equating Israel with Nazi Germany

On May 15, 2020, Mustafa tweeted an 11-part thread about the Nakba, making multiple comparisons of the Nakba to the Nazi Holocaust of the Jews.

The term “Nakba” is generally translated as “catastrophe” in Arabic, referring to the outcome of the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. It is a term often used to delegitimize the creation of the State of Israel by defining it as a catastrophe.

Mustafa tweeted: “It truly is insane how history repeats itself. Just like how the world turned a blind eye to the persecution of Jews, many world leaders and ignorant people refuse to acknowledge the ongoing suffering and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people. (4/11).”

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.

SJP

SJP is a student organization engaged in anti-Israel activity on North American college and university campuses.

The first chapter of SJP was founded in 2001 at the University of California at Berkeley by Professor Hatem Bazian. Bazian has spread classic anti-Semitism, reportedly promoted religious anti-Semitism and defended the Hamas terror group. In 2004, Bazian called for “intifada” in America.

SJP organizes anti-Israel campaigns, including running annual Israel Apartheid Weeks, often in collaboration with Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and Muslim Students Association (MSA) campus chapters.

SJP has been a major force in pushing the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement on campuses. Chapters have initiated dozens of BDS resolutions in student governments, which have been proposed on or around Jewish holidays, a time when many Jewish students are off-campus.

SJP activists have reportedly physically assaulted, intimidated and harassed Jewish students, disrupted pro-Israel campus events and demonized pro-Israel campus organizations.

Chapters have often endorsed and campaigned for numerous terrorists and whitewashed terrorism.
