Spreading Anti-Semitism

On June 7, 2018, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook that featured a photo of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg wearing a yarmulke, juxtaposed with an anti-Semitic depiction of Zuckerberg using a variant of the “Happy Merchant” meme.

The Happy Merchant is an anti-Semitic cartoon caricature of a Jew with a black beard, long hooked nose, a hunched back, crooked teeth and wrung hands. The cartoon is often used in memes by white supremacists to spread conspiracy theories and harass Jews online.  

The caption on the image read: “My name is Mark F**kerberg. I run JewBook I am a Jew. My Jew-employees censor you every time you speak the truth about the evil doings of my tribe. We need ignorants who don’t know the truth because they cannot revolt and will become our best slave Goyim when we rule the world.” 

Camara commented: “I might be heading to Fb jail for this 😜.”

Also on June 7, 2018, Camara shared a cartoon on Facebook that depicted Uncle Sam being held with a knife to his throat by an anti-Semitic caricature of a Jew, with a speech bubble emanating from the Jew’s mouth that said: “DO IT MY WAY...OR ELSE!” Camara commented: “United States of Israel.”

On May 2, 2018, Camara wrote on Facebook: “The world's worst enemy ☠👿.” Camara’s post featured a photo of Rabbi Yaakov Yisrael Kanievsky, with a caption that read: “JEWISH SUPREMACISTS PLAYING THE ROLE OF VICTIM WHILE THEY VICTIMIZE EVERYONE ON THE PLANET.” 

On August 14, 2014, Camara shared a meme on Facebook, with a caption that read: “Israel is the homeland of Satan and Satanic Anti-Christ Zionists who are AGENTS of the ANCIENT ALIEN RACE of SATAN.” 

The graphic featured a photograph of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, overlaid on an image of the Twin Towers in Manhattan on fire after the September 11, 2001 terror attacks and captioned: “Of course 911 was good for Israel - that’s why we did it!” 

Camara commented: “NUT-YA-POO... you're such an evil man!! Your day of judgement will come when you'll pay for every crime..”

Supporting Hamas

On August 20, 2014, during Israel’s Operation Protective Edge (OPE) in Gaza, Camara wrote on Facebook: “I want to join these guys... I'm in the perfect mood to fight Zionists..hahah.” The post featured a photo of Hamas militants. 

Hamas is a designated terrorist organization by the European Union, Canada, Australia, the United States and Israel.

Israel commenced Operation Protective Edge (OPE) in July 2014, to stop rocket fire targeting Israeli civilians and to destroy Hamas attack tunnels.  

On August 6, 2014, Camara posted to Facebook a 2010 picture of Hamas leader Mahmoud al-Zahar walking on an Israeli flag while participating in a rally commemorating the 23rd anniversary of Hamas’s founding.

Camara commented: “Palestinian Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar walks on an Israeli flag while taking part in a rally to mark the upcoming 23rd anniversarysince the group's foundation, in Gaza city, Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010. The Arabic text reads: ‘For sure will be destroyed, Israel.’”

On August 10, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “God bless Hamas & the Resistance! Free Gaza! Free Palestine!!” The post featured a photo of Hamas militants, with one holding a rocket propelled grenade (RPG) launcher. 

On August 14, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “God bless Hamas & his Resistance army..” The post also featured a graphic with a caption that read: “RESISTANCE IS NOT TERRORISM. PFLP. POPULAR FRONT FOR THE LIBERATION OF PALESTINE.”

The PFLP has been designated a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) by the United States, Canada, Israel, the European Union, the Gulf Cooperation Council and Australia.  

On December 21, 2016, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook with a caption that read: “PIRATES OF THE MEDITERANEAN. VIVA PALESTINA: RETURN TO GAZA.” The post featured an image of a skull and crossbones with a Hamas banner, wrapped around the skull’s forehead.

Glorifying Terrorists

On October 21, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “God bless the resistance!” The post featured a photo of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) militants, posing with young children.

Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) is a terror group “whose objective is the destruction of the State of Israel and the establishment of a sovereign, Islamic Palestinian state.” PIJ is backed by Iran and has killed dozens of Israelis in suicide bombings and other attacks.

On August 8, 2014, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook that featured a militant with an assault rifle and a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) launcher, with a caption that read: “God bless the resistance.” Camara commented: “Yes!!”

On July 24, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Palestinian Freedom Fighters. Go get them, boys!!” The post featured photos of armed, masked Palestinian militants, holding guns and rocket launchers.

On April 14, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Freedom fighters..Free Palestine!<3.” The post featured a photo of armed militants on horses. 

On April 30, 2017, Camara shared a photo of herself on Facebook, with a caption that read: “1600 Palestinian Prisoners are on hunger strike.”

Anti-Semitic Conspiracy Theories

On April 6, 2019, Camara shared a post on Facebook that featured a graphic with a caption that read: “HERE’S THE DEAL AMERICANS. ISRAEL IS NOT OUR FRIEND AND THEY NEVER HAVE BEEN, THEY ARE OUR #1 ENEMY AND OUT WORST F**KING NIGHTMARE!” 

The post Camera shared was from “End AIPAC 2,” which claims that the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks were carried out by the Mossad, the national intelligence agency of Israel.

The caption continued: “ZIONIST JEWS ARE HOLDING OUR ENTIRE GOVERNMENT HOSTAGE AND CONTROLLING EVERYONE WITH THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM. WAKE THE F**K UP ALREADY!” 

On April 5, 2019, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Our enemy is not Islam or muslims. Our enemy is Zionism.. your so called 'god's chosen' Jews!”

Camara’s Facebook post included a graphic which said: “WAKE UP!! ‘Islamic Extremists’ don’t own your government, your banks, your news networks, Hollywood, all the TV stations, record labels, the diamond industry, radio, internet, the courtroom, our food supply, your water.”

The graphic continued: “Islamic extremists aren’t giving you and all your loved ones cancer and autism. They don’t profit from your sickness. They aren’t beating and killing you under the color of law, robbing you, throwing you in a cage, enslaving you. Turn off your f#cking TV. Shadow Government. ZIONISM.”

On September 20, 2014, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook that featured an image of the United States Capitol building. The building is labeled: “AIPAC,” with an arrow pointing to it and text that read: “Politicians for SALE.” The graphic also had a Jewish Star of David in the background and was headlined: “Israel’s other occupied territory.”

The stated mission of AIPAC is to “strengthen, protect and promote the U.S.-Israel relationship in ways that enhance the security of the United States and Israel.”

On August 15, 2014, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook that portrayed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu controlling then-U.S. President, Barack Obama and Secretary of State, John Kerry as puppets with the caption: “‘Once we squeeze all we can out of the United States it can dry up and blow away.’~ Benjamin Netanyahu.” Camara commented: “Pay attention America. This man is no friend of yours..”

Spreading Hatred of Israel

On August 13, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Evil Baby killers!” The post featured a graphic with a caption that read: “GO TO HELL F**KING ZIONIST.”

On August 8, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Zionists are delusional! Not 'God's chosen' But Satan's chosen.. This is why they only cause death and destruction...and this can only come from one source - Satan himself..”

On July 29, 2014, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook featuring text that read: “DEVIL and ISRAEL have one thing in common, Neither one is HUMAN.” Camara commented: “Heartless & soulless... Israel is the spawn of Satan!”

On July 17, 2014, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook portraying the Israeli flag as a pirate flag, with text that read: “Pirates of Israel. The Real Terrorism.” Camara commented: “You're days are numbered, Israhell! You will soon parish [sic] into the fires of hell where you belong!! :@”

On June 18, 2014, Camara shared a graphic on Facebook that depicted an Israeli soldier holding a gun to the head of a Muslim woman holding a baby.

On June 12, 2014, Camara posted on Facebook a graphic featuring a Jew driving, with the steering wheel depicted as the United Nations symbol and former U.S. President Barack Obama as the gear stick. Camara commented: “This picture speaks for itself.. wouldn't you agree? Israel is a criminal fake state - that's all they'll ever be!!!”

Supporting BDS

On August 15, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Boycott Israel! Help stop the massacre in Gaza!!” Camara’s post featured a cartoon that depicted Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu building a bloody wall with the bodies of Palestinians. 

The cartoon first appeared in the print edition of the Sunday Times of London in 2013, as Britain observed Holocaust Memorial Day. At that time, the owner of the paper, Rupert Murdoch, tweeted: “a major apology, for the grotesque, offensive cartoon.”

On July 24, 2018, Camara shared on Facebook a photo of herself with a graphic that read: “BOYCOTT APARTHEID ISRAEL.”

On June 11, 2014, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Boycott these evil Zionists! Don't allow this cancer to spread. Learn the truth about Israel's crimes & human rights violations! There's no shame in speaking the truth for the sake of humanity!”

On April 5, 2019, Camara wrote on Facebook: “Join the campaign #BDS Free Palestine ✌.”

BDS

The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by Omar Barghouti in 2005 to challenge “international support for Israeli apartheid and settler-colonialism.” BDS is an allegedly “Palestinian-led movement,” although leading BDS activists have admitted [00:01:01] this is not true. 

One of the demands of BDS includes [point 3] what is generally known as the “right of return,” a demand discredited as a way to eliminate Israel. Barghouti said the “right of return” is a means to “end Israel’s existence as a Jewish state.”  

Barghouti has said that BDS “aims to turn Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.”

In his activism, Barghouti has also said [00:05:55] regarding Israel: “Definitely, most definitely, we oppose a Jewish state in any part of Palestine. No…rational Palestinian, not a sellout Palestinian, will ever accept a Jewish state in Palestine.”

The movement has been linked to numerous terrorist organizations and received a public endorsement from Hamas in 2017.

BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.

The movement’s most notable achievement has been the infiltration of university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments and student groups, backed by their own anti-Israel members and affiliates, have proposed resolutions on some form of boycott of, or divestment from, Israel and Israeli-affiliated entities.

Boycott resolutions, although non-binding, have been passed by student governments on numerous North American campuses.

BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents on campus. On one campus, when the student government debated a BDS resolution, reports emerged of violent threats against those opposing it.
