Haneen Hamideh
Overview
Haneen Hamideh has spread hatred of Israel and was involved in anti-Israel activism while in high school. Hamideh is the daughter of anti-Israel agitator Abbas Hamideh.As of October 2020, Haneen Hamideh’s Facebook page said she lived in Cleveland, Ohio.
As of the same date, Hamideh’s LinkedIn said she was studying International Relations and Immigration at Cleveland State University (CSU), with an expected graduation date of 2024.
Hamideh’s LinkedIn also said she was shift manager at McDonalds in Mayfield Heights, Ohio since March 2017.
As of October 2020, Hamideh used the handle “haneenhami” on Twitter and Instagram.
Spreading Hatred of Israel
On September 5, 2020, Hamideh tweeted: “my whole politics class is aboutta hear why isr*el shouldn’t exist

”On August 12, 2020, Hamideh tweeted a video of U.S. 2020 Vice-Presidential candidate Kamala Harris speaking in support of Israel and saying [00:00:26] she would do everything in her power to ensure bipartisan support for Israel’s security and right to self-defense. Hamideh tweeted: “y’all support this??
”On the same date, Hamideh also tweeted: “yeah lets just ignore the fact that palestinians are DYING and being forced out of their homes to strengthen the relationship between the US and isr*el.”
Also on August 12, 2020, Hamideh tweeted: “every 4 years people say now is not the time to vote third party .... well we need to make time to get these zionists out of office
”Hamideh retweeted an August 6, 2020 tweet that said: “a Palestinian man got asked to kiss the Israeli flag for $1000.. his response made my heart warm

Hamideh retweeted a January 26, 2019 tweet by her father Abbas Hamideh, with a video promoting an annual Al-Awda, Right of Return Movement (Al-Awda ROR) protest against the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and in support [00:00:32] of the Palestinian “right of return.”The “right of return” is a Palestinian demand discredited as a means to eliminate Israel.
In the video, narrated by [00:00:01] Abbas Hamideh, he also proclaimed [00:00:44]“from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”
“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free” is a chant calling to dismantle the State of Israel. It has also been employed by Hamas leader Khaled Mashal to call for the replacement of Israel with an Islamic state.
On March 20, 2016, Hamideh tweeted “#FreePalestine” along with a photo from an Al Awda protest, including banners supporting the right of return.

The protest, held on October 18, 2015, was co-organized by Al Awda in support of an upsurge in violence across Israel incited by Palestinian political and religious leaders. The wave of stabbings — known as the “Knife Intifada” — saw young Palestinians throughout the country stabbing and attempting to stab Israeli civilians.
