Emma Davis

Emma Davis [Emma Paige Davis] was arrested at a pro-Hamas encampment at Arizona State University (ASU) during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds more that day. For more information, see the Canary Mission page on Hamas.

On April 26, 2024, Emma Davis was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass at the ASU encampment.

The encampment was part of a national movement on college campuses during Israel’s war against Hamas. The encampments were also in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

On April 30, 2024, Emma Davis was listed as one of the 20 plaintiffs in a lawsuit against ASU. The plaintiffs were suspended by the school following their arrest at the unlawful pro-Hamas encampment. They were also “not permitted back on ASU campus grounds” and were “prohibited from communicating with any ASU faculty or staff.”

As of March 2025, Emma Davis' Instagram bio said: "...long live the resistance..."

Among Palestinians and anti-Israel activists, the term “resistance” is a euphemism for nationalistic terror and is used to glorify and encourage anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence.

As of March 2025, Emma Davis' LinkedIn said she was studying architecture at ASU, slated to graduate in 2027.

ASU is located in Tempe, Arizona.
