Calling for Israel’s Destruction
On January 15, 2020, Jordan tweeted: “... israel is an apartheid state and the region won’t be free until it is gone.”On May 18, 2021, during OGW, Jordan posted to Facebook: “I unequivocally support a Free Palestine, from the River to the Sea. I stand against Israeli occupation and apartheid, and the blockade of Gaza.”
“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free” is a chant calling to dismantle the State of Israel. It has also been employed by Hamas leader Khaled Mashal to call for the replacement of Israel with an Islamic state.
That January 28, 2020, Jordan tweeted: “FREE PALESTINE” and “
From the River to the Sea
.”Glorifying Terrorists
On September 6, 2021, Jordan tweeted: “Truly hope these six brave souls stay safe.. hopefully this is the start of the end of unlawful detention of Palestinians by Israel.”Jordan’s tweet referred to sixPalestinian convicts who escaped from the Gilboa prison that day.
On September 6, 2021, six Palestinian prisoners escaped from the maximum-security Gilboa Prison in Israel. The escaped prisoners were convicted members of the terror organizations Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, who were jailed for their involvement in attacks carried out during the second intifada. All were recaptured by September 19, 2021, by Israeli authorities.
On September 27, 2021, Jordan shared to Facebook a Reuters article titled: “Israeli troops kill five Hamas gunmen in West Bank raids: military” about how Israel “killed five Hamas militants in gun battles during raids” against one of Hamas’s cells in the West Bank.
Jordan commented on the article saying: “...These are the martyrs that had their lives stolen by the occupation. They have names, and faces, and they had their whole lives ahead of them. May they Rest In Peace.”
On October 5, 2021, Jordan shared a video to Facebook, pledging his solidarity with Palestinian hunger strikers. In the video, Jordan held a sign that read: “I, Connor from Tallahassee, Florida announce my hunger strike in solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners in protest of their administrative detention #FREETHEMALL.”
In September 2021, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) reportedly confirmed that six Palestinian prisoners will continue their hunger strike in protest against their “administrative detention” in Israeli jail.
The hunger-striking prisoners namely; Kayed Fasfous, Miqdad Qawasmeh, Alaa Aaraj, Hesham Abu Hawwash, Shadi Abu-Akr and Ayyad Hureimi are all affiliated with the “Al-Quds Brigades”, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terror organization.
Jordan retweeted a November 22 2021 tweet that read: “الحمدالله حققت ما تريد وانتصرت على من تريد الله يحميك

.[Praise be to God, you achieved what you wanted and won over whoever you wanted, May God protect you].”Jordan’s tweet featured a video of Maher al-Akhras lying in a hospital bed.
Organizing an Anti-Israel Event
The participating organizations included the DSA BDS, Palestine Working Group, Florida 4 Palestine and FSU SJP.
In May 2021, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorists fired over 4,300 rockets from Gaza at major population centers in Israel. Israel responded by launching OGW, carrying out targeted military strikes in Gaza.
The term “Nakba” is generally translated as “catastrophe” in Arabic, referring to the outcome of the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. It is a term often used to delegitimize the creation of the State of Israel by defining it as a catastrophe.
The speakers listed for the event Jordan organized, titled “Palestine Teach In,” were anti-Israel activists Sandra Tamari, Rasha Mubarak and Huwaida Arraf.
Mubarak has glorified terrorists, promoted incitement, supported violent protesters and spread hatred of Israel.
Arraf has led attempts to break an Israeli naval blockade as Chair of the Free Gaza Movement (FGM) and was a member of Rasmea Odeh’s defense team. Odeh was a key military operative [00:02:08]with the terrorist group the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
Also, on May 18, 2021, Jordan posted to Facebook: “For the last several days I’ve been working with some amazing organizers across the state to put together a teach-in on the crisis in Palestine. We have two incredible Palestinian movement leaders speaking & answering questions on the movement to #SaveSheikhJarrah in Jerusalem, the historical context of Israeli settler-colonialism & the Nakba…”
In May 2021, Palestinian violence erupted in anticipation of an Israel High Court ruling on eviction proceedings concerning over 70 Palestinian tenants illegally residing in Jewish-owned properties in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah.
On May 19, 2021, Jordan promoted the event to Facebook: “
TEACH-IN FOR PALESTINE!
...This is your chance to learn about the ongoing crisis in Palestine. We have an amazing lineup of speakers with insight gathered from years of resisting Israel’s occupation, whether at home in Palestine or abroad.”On May 20, 2021, as Hamas and Israel entered into a ceasefire halting OGW, Jordan posted to Facebook recapping the Zoom event: “What an amazing event! Thank you to the over 100 people that showed up. I'll have the link to the recording shortly and will be happy to distribute it! But now we have to keep up the pressure. A ceasefire doesn't mean the end of the Israeli occupation. It doesn't mean the end of the siege on Gaza. We have to keep fighting. We have the momentum, lets use it!”
Hatred of Israel
On October 1, 2021, Jordan wrote on Facebook: “...Israel is an apartheid state committing genocide against Palestinians.”OnMay 18, 2021, Jordan posted to Facebook: “I stand against ethnic cleansing in Sheikh Jarrah. I stand against 73 years of ongoing Nakba. #FreePalestine #PalestineStrike #GazaUnderAttack #SaveSheikhJarrah #OngoingNakba.”
Jordan retweeted a June 17, 2020 tweet that said: “f**k israel. go ahead and cancel me
.” On January 28, 2020, Jordan tweeted: “Every inch of Palestine belongs to Palestinians. Israel is the antithesis of peace. Apartheid is not peace.”
On December 22, 2019, Jordan tweeted: “Shut the f**k up #freepalestine #f**kisrael.”
Solidarity with Yasmeen Mashayekh
In November-December 2021, Jordan tweeted multiple times in support of Yasmeen Mashayekh who was [00:11:08] in the middle of a national controversy over anti-Semitism she spread on social media that year.In October 2021, Mashayekh was listed as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Senator for USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering (Viterbi). In May 2021, she tweeted: "I want to f**king kill every motherf**king Zionist.” She also tweeted: “yel3an el yahood [curse the Jews]
.” Mashayekh has also spread violent hatred of Israeli Jews, called for the destruction of Israel and America, expressed support for Hamas and glorified terrorists.
Mashayekh was condemned after Canary Mission exposed her anti-Semitic tweets.
On November 26, 2021, Jordan tweeted: “If you consider yourself an ally to the Palestinian cause, I urge you to stand in solidarity with Yasmeen Mashayek, who is a student at @USCViterbi being targeted by a Zionist-led harassment campaign. Make a tweet tagging @USCViterbi and let them know you support Yasmeen!”
On December 15, 2021, Jordan tweeted: “What about the student receiving death threats because of this? Are you going to help her feel safe on campus? Free speech is protected, making death threats though … not sure about that one.”
Jordan’s tweet was responding to a tweet by USC Viterbi that read: “Statement from USC Board of Trustees Chair Rick Caruso: The antisemitic behavior we are witnessing is deeply troubling and runs contrary to the values and safe environment the President and Board of Trustees are sworn to uphold.”
The tweet linked to a December 14, 2021 statement by the USC Board of Trustees condemning anti-Semitic behavior.
FSU SJP - Defending FSU SJP Activist Embroiled in Anti-Semitism Controversy
In the summer of 2020, Jordan expressed support for FSU SJP member, Ahmad Daraldik, who reportedly spread anti-Semitism online and created a website in 2016 that compared Israel to Nazi Germany.Jordan signed a June 2020 FSU SJP statement in support of Daraldik.
On June 30, 2020, Jordan tweeted: “#FreePalestine #ImWithAhmad.”
On May 21, 2021, Jordan tweeted: “A giant f**k you to FSU for doing what it did to Ahmad! And the state lawmakers! And the stinky fools from all those long ** student senate meetings! Can’t wait to see him come out victorious in this case.”
Jordan’s tweet referred to a complaint Daraldik filed with the U.S. Department of Education against FSU. On June 12, 2020, FSU SJP shared a statement on Facebook defending SJP activist Ahmad Daraldik following calls for his removal as FSU Student Senate President, after it was discovered that Daraldik shared anti-Semitic content on social media.
Daraldik, who was appointed Student Senate President at FSU in June 2020, faced calls for his removal when his social media posts and website were publicized. Daraldik retained his position after a vote by student senators at FSU.
Daraldik had assumed the presidency of the student senate on June 6, 2020 after presiding over an inappropriate student senate vote of no-confidence against fellow student Jack Denton, who was then Senate Student President.
The FSU SJP statement claimed that the calls for Daraldik to be removed as Senate President were “racially and politically motivated to smear and silence Palestinian students and critics of the state of Israel” and “rooted in anti-Arab racism and Islamophobia.”
The statement continued: “If SRR [FSU Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities] and/or Student Government staff take disciplinary action against Ahmad, Florida State University will be legitimizing anti-Arab racism and Islamophobia as well as weaponizing antisemitism to stifle free speech.”
On July 24, 2020 BDS Report tweeted that Daraldik had “just shared a new video on his Instagram story claiming that the problem with Jews is they make everything about themselves.”
The video Daraldik shared on his Instagram story featured a man claiming: “And most Jewish people, when talking about this conflict, it's you guys always want to shift the focus back to you. It’s always anti-Semitism, it’s always anti-Jew. Everything has to be about you guys.”
In October 2020, FSU’s Student Supreme Court ruled that the no-confidence vote, which targeted Denton for his statements of religious conviction, made in a Catholic Student Union’s private group chat in his capacity as a private citizen, violated Denton’s rights to Freedom of Speech and Freedom to Exercise Religion under the Student Body Constitution and Statutes, as well as the Constitution of the United States and of Florida.
Demonizing Zionism
On July 15, 2020, Jordan tweeted: “These people get pleasure out of watching Palestinians be erased and it sickens me. Zionism is a disgusting settler-colonial project and I want nothing more than its collapse.”Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture.
On July 13, 2020, Jordan tweeted: “Learning the complete history of the Palestinian struggle has only made me more steadfast in my support. F**k Zionism. F**k Israel.”
On July 8, 2020, Jordan tweeted: “Listen. I f**king hate Zionism.”
FSU SJP - Opposing the IHRA Definition of Anti-Semitism
Jordan signed a July 2020 open letter, written by FSU students and alumni, that called for FSU student senators to oppose FSU’s 72nd Student Senate Resolution #: 59.On July 1, 2020, Jordan tweeted against Resolution #: 59 and wrote: “Total solidarity with FSU SJP... smear campaign after smear campaign after smear campaign... Free Palestine.” In December of 2019, FSU SJP launched a campaign to combat the adoption of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of anti-Semitism.
On December 16, 2019, FSU SJP posted on Facebook “Proud to co-sign ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻” and linked to a National SJP statement condemning then-U.S. President Trump’s executive order on combating anti-Semitism.
National SJP’s statement said they “explicitly condemn” the Trump administration’s “adoption of the IHRA [anti-Semitism] definition, which conflates anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism.”
Several examples of anti-Semitism given in the IHRA’s definition relate to Israel, however the definition states: “criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as antisemitic.”
The IHRA’s definition was adopted by the U.S. State Department in 2016. Canada, Australia, Israel, Argentina and twenty-eight European countries have also adopted the definition.
Trump’s “Executive Order On Combating Anti-Semitism,” issued on December 11, 2019, stated that the IHRA anti-Semitism definition would be considered when enforcing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as protection for Jews discriminated against based on ethnic, racial or national characteristics.
On July 7, 2020, FSU SJP posted on Facebook urging students to oppose FSU’s 72nd Student Senate Resolution #: 59 that would recognize the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism. The Facebook post called for students to join a Student Life & Academic Affairs (SLAA) committee Zoom meeting to express their opposition to the resolution.
The Facebook post also linked to a Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) letter that urged “governments, municipalities, universities and other institutions to reject the IHRA definition” of anti-Semitism.
Later on July 7, 2020, FSU SJP posted on Facebook that the resolution passed through the SLAA. The post said: “Settler-colonialism is racism. Apartheid is racism. Zionism is racism.”
On July 8, 2020, FSU SJP posted to Facebook a “call-to-action email toolkit” to urge FSU student senators to vote no to the resolution.
FSU SJP’s call-to-action toolkit claimed that implementing the IHRA definition “legitimizes the silencing and blacklisting of Palestinian students, allies and solidarity organizations” and that the definition’s examples of anti-Semitism related to Israel is “a way to shut down any criticism of Israel’s racist policies.”
On July 14, 2020, FSU SJP promoted on Facebook an open letter by FSU students & alumni that called for the resolution to “Replace the IHRA definition with a serious analysis of antisemitism that affirms the centrality of ending white supremacy in the struggle to end all related systems of oppression.”
On July 15, 2020, the FSU student senate held another Zoom meeting to vote on the 72nd Student Senate Resolution #: 59 which passed, with 26 votes in favor and 14 against resolution.
Following the passage of the resolution on July 15, 2020, FSU SJP wrote on Facebook the FSU senate “affirms… the censorship of pro-Palestine speech on campus.”
Supporting BDS
He continued: “BOYCOTTS involve withdrawing support from Israel's apartheid regime, complicit Israeli sporting, cultural and academic institutions, and from all Israeli and international companies engaged in violations of Palestinian human rights.”
Jordan also wrote: “DIVESTMENT campaigns urge banks, local councils, churches, pension funds and universities to withdraw investments from the State of Israel and all Israeli and international companies that sustain Israeli apartheid.”
Jordan concluded: “SANCTIONS campaigns pressure governments to fulfil their legal obligations to end Israeli apartheid, and not aid or assist its maintenance, by banning business with illegal Israeli settlements, ending military trade and free-trade agreements, as well as suspending Israel's membership in international forums such as UN bodies and FIFA.”
On May 24, 2021, Jordan tweeted: “Instead of long untargeted lists… please share the targeted list of seven companies put out by @BDSmovement: HP, Sabra, Sodastream, AXA, Ahava, Puma, and Pillsbury. As well as Israeli fruits and vegetables.”
SJP
SJP is a student organization engaged in anti-Israel activity on North American college and university campuses.
The first chapter of SJP was founded in 2001 at the University of California at Berkeley by Professor Hatem Bazian. Bazian has spread classic anti-Semitism, reportedly promoted religious anti-Semitism and defended the Hamas terror group. In 2004, Bazian called for “intifada” in America.
SJP organizes anti-Israel campaigns, including running annual Israel Apartheid Weeks, often in collaboration with Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) and Muslim Students Association (MSA) campus chapters.
SJP has been a major force in pushing the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement on campuses. Chapters have initiated dozens of BDS resolutions in student governments, which have been proposed on or around Jewish holidays, a time when many Jewish students are off-campus.
SJP activists have reportedly physically assaulted, intimidated and harassed Jewish students, disrupted pro-Israel campus events and demonized pro-Israel campus organizations.
Chapters have often endorsed and campaigned for numerous terrorists and whitewashed terrorism.
BDS
The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by Omar Barghouti in 2005 to challenge “international support for Israeli apartheid and settler-colonialism.” BDS is an allegedly “Palestinian-led movement,” although leading BDS activists have admitted [00:01:01] this is not true.
One of the demands of BDS includes [point 3] what is generally known as the “right of return,” a demand discredited as a way to eliminate Israel. Barghouti said the “right of return” is a means to “end Israel’s existence as a Jewish state.”
Barghouti has said that BDS “aims to turn Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.”
In his activism, Barghouti has also said [00:05:55] regarding Israel: “Definitely, most definitely, we oppose a Jewish state in any part of Palestine. No…rational Palestinian, not a sellout Palestinian, will ever accept a Jewish state in Palestine.”
The movement has been linked to numerous terrorist organizations and received a public endorsement from Hamas in 2017.
BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.
The movement’s most notable achievement has been the infiltration of university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments and student groups, backed by their own anti-Israel members and affiliates, have proposed resolutions on some form of boycott of, or divestment from, Israel and Israeli-affiliated entities.
Boycott resolutions, although non-binding, have been passed by student governments on numerous North American campuses.
BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents on campus. On one campus, when the student government debated a BDS resolution, reports emerged of violent threats against those opposing it.
