, Iberian & Syrian, antiwar, Willa Catherite, Marxist-Leninist, Capricorn, pretty gay, #FreePalestine.”Anti-Semitism
On December 15, 2024, during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists, Dibe posted on X: “Another reminder that Zionists are incredibly racist.”Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture. Zionism is a core part of the identity of most Jews.
Equating Israel with Nazi Germany
Dibe reposted a July 10, 2025, post on X that said: “‘Jews don’t feel safe’ — No, Zionists don’t feel safe. And just like Nazis, they shouldn’t. Genocide comes with consequences, and they should expect them.”
On March 24, 2025, Dibe postedX: “We should all be equating Zionism with Nazism at this point. It’s an apt comparison.”
On March 18, 2025, Dibe posted on X: “Zionists are akin to Nazis. It’s not even a debate.Israel’s depravity is limitless.”
Dibe reposted a March 17, 2025 post on X that said: “Israel is just disgusting. I will never forgive the people who allowed this to happen. Any political figure who advocates anything other than breaking the spine of Israel is absurdly naive or plain evil. Zionism will be taught alongside Nazism in the history classes of the future.”
Dibe reposted a January 22, 2025 post on X that said: “Unfortunately, there is no contradiction between Nazism and Zionism. Their goals of emptying Europe of its Jewish population aligned. They are also both racist, supremacist and colonial ideologies…”
On December 30, 2024, Dibe posted on X: “Zionists are basically nazis without a filter.”
On November 20, 2024, Dibe posted on X: “The Hebrew word for Holocaust is Shoah, which means catastrophe. / The Arabic word for catastrophe is Nakba. / So, yes, Israel is carrying out a Holocaust on Palestinians.”
The term “Nakba” is generally translated as “catastrophe” in Arabic, referring to the outcome of the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. It is a term used to delegitimize the creation of the State of Israel by drawing a comparison to the Holocaust, known in Hebrew as the Shoah, meaning “catastrophe.”
Anti-Israel activists compare Israel to Nazi Germany to insinuate that the plight of Palestinians has eclipsed Jewish suffering during the Holocaust.
On June 2, 2021, Dibe posted on X: “I mean, at this point we’re not far off from Israel installing a Nazi as their next prime minister.I’m not using hyperbole.”
Support for Terrorism (Hamas, Hezbollah)
On August 6, 2021, Dibe tweeted: “To be fair, I think Hezbollah and Hamas all deserve an iron dome.”
Hezbollah has long been known as an anti-Semitic and genocidal terror organization dedicated to destroying Israel.
The Iron Dome is an Israeli missile defense system designed to intercept and destroy rockets and artillery shells.
Hatred of Zionists and Zionism
On March 2, 2023, Dibe tweeted: “Like I said, Zionists have no sense of humor.I guess with all the fear mongering , sense of superiority and entitlement that fills your mind, you wouldn’t have any room for anything else.”
Hatred of Israel
…” on X.“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free” is a chant used [00:02:47] to call for the elimination of the State of Israel. It has also been employed by Hamas leader Khaled Mashal to call for the replacement of Israel with an Islamic state. In April 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning the chant as antisemitic.
On November 23, 2024, Dibe posted on X: “If you support Israel, then you support genocide. / If you make excuses for Israel’s crimes, then you’re justifying genocide. / If you deny Israel’s well-documented massacres & campaign of annihilation against Palestinians, then you are a genocide denier.”
On January 29, 2023, Dibe tweeted: “Israel is a terrorist, supremacist apartheid state hostile to Palestinians, whether they’re Muslim or Christian. It doesn’t matter.”
On January 26, 2023, Dibe tweeted: “#GlobalizeTheIntifada.”
The term “intifada,” which translates from Arabic as “uprising” or “insurrection,” carries the connotation of violence. Palestinian intifadas waged against Israel have been marked since 1987 by hundreds of hijackings, shootings, stabbings, bombings and suicide missions.
On July 27, 2022, Dibe tweeted: “Literally every year during Ramadan, Israel provoked and attacks Muslims at Al-Aqsa [mosque in Jerusalem].”
Ramadan is an Islamic holy month during which Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset and are meant to engage in self-reflection, repentance and the giving of charity. Ramadan is frequently marked by increased anti-Israel and antisemitic rhetoric throughout the Arab world, Palestinian violence in Israel and heightened tensions centered in the Old City of Jerusalem.
JVP
JVP was founded in Berkeley, California in 1996, as an activist group with an emphasis on the “Jewish tradition” of peace, social justice and human rights. The organization is currently led by Rebecca Vilkomerson and its board members include Israel critics Naomi Klein, Judith Butler, Noam Chomsky and Tony Kushner.
JVP, which generally employs civil disobedience tactics to disrupt pro-Israel speakers and events, consists of American Jews and non-Jewish “allies” highly critical of Israeli policies. A staunch supporter of the BDS movement, JVP claims to aim its campaigns at companies that either support the Israeli military (Hewlett-Packard) or are active in the West Bank (SodaStream).
Although several Jewish groups critical of Israeli policies, like J Street and Partners for a Progressive Israel, make efforts to operate within the mainstream American Jewish community, JVP functions outside. The group is often criticized for serving as a tokenized Jewish voice for the pro-Palestinian camp and is widely regarded as the BDS movement’s “Jewish wing.”
JVP denies the notion of “Jewish peoplehood” and has even gone so far as to refer to its own Ashkenazi (Jews who spent the Diaspora in European countries) leadership as “white supremacy inside of JVP.”
The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has accused JVP of being “the largest and most influential Jewish anti-Zionist group in the United States,” and said the group “exploits Jewish culture and rituals to reassure its own supporters that opposition to Israel not only does not contradict, but is actually consistent with, Jewish values.”
The ADL also claimed that “JVP consistently co-sponsors rallies to oppose Israeli military policy that are marked by signs and slogans comparing Israel to Nazi Germany, demonizing Jews and voicing support for groups like Hamas and Hezbollah.”
According to the ADL website, JVP “uses its Jewish identity to shield the anti-Israel movement from allegations of anti-Semitism and provide it with a greater degree of legitimacy and credibility.”
BDS
The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement was founded by Omar Barghouti in 2005 to challenge “international support for Israeli apartheid and settler-colonialism.” BDS is an allegedly “Palestinian-led movement,” although leading BDS activists have admitted [00:01:01] this is not true.
One of the demands of BDS includes [point 3] what is generally known as the “right of return,” a demand discredited as a way to eliminate Israel. Barghouti said the “right of return” is a means to “end Israel’s existence as a Jewish state.”
Barghouti has said that BDS “aims to turn Israel into a pariah state, as South Africa once was.”
In his activism, Barghouti has also said [00:05:55] regarding Israel: “Definitely, most definitely, we oppose a Jewish state in any part of Palestine. No…rational Palestinian, not a sellout Palestinian, will ever accept a Jewish state in Palestine.”
The movement has been linked to numerous terrorist organizations and received a public endorsement from Hamas in 2017.
BDS initiatives include calling on institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, promoting academic and cultural boycotts of Israel, and organizing anti-Israel rallies, protests and campaigns.
The movement’s most notable achievement has been the infiltration of university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, student governments and student groups, backed by their own anti-Israel members and affiliates, have proposed resolutions on some form of boycott of, or divestment from, Israel and Israeli-affiliated entities.
Boycott resolutions, although non-binding, have been passed by student governments on numerous North American campuses.
BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents on campus. On one campus, when the student government debated a BDS resolution, reports emerged of violent threats against those opposing it.
