As of January 2025, change.org had a live petition about Bailey Quinn's pro-terror and anti-Israel Instagram posts, titled: "Stop Anti-Semitism in Healthcare #2."
The petition stated: "It has come...to the attention of the community at large, that one of your trainees in the Department of Pediatrics, Bailey Quinn, is posting unprofessional, incendiary antisemitic material, falsehoods, and propaganda on social media."
The petition included 13 screenshots of her Instagram posts. Below is a sample. All of Bailey Quinn's posts in the petition were published during Israel's war against Hamas, launched after the October 7, 2023 attacks.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped hundreds and wounded thousands. War crimes included mass rape and torture. Many Palestinian civilians participated in and supported the attacks, and Gazans working in the targeted Israeli communities gave intelligence to Hamas on where to strike.

Anti-Israel activists use the term “resistance” to refer to violence and terror perpetrated against Israeli civilians and their allies. It is used to glorify and encourage anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence. Anti-Israel activists chant slogans such as: “Resistance by any means necessary!” and “Resistance is justified when people are occupied!” in response to terror attacks.
The modern State of Israel was founded in 1948.

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.

Quinn reposted to Instagram another November 11, 2023 X post [screenshot 12] and she wrote the caption: "A book of imaginary stories that says God promised you the land does not justify ethnically cleansing and murdering everyone currently on the land. Zionism should not be tolerated or entertained."
