Anvar Kadirbekov

Anvar Kadirbekov reportedly signed an anti-Israel statement in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

The profilee's activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, which Israel launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks when Hamas murdered nearly 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands and kidnapped hundreds.

The January 15, 2024 statement Anvar Kadirbekov signed accused Israel of an “ongoing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza” as well as “apartheid [and] ethnic cleansing,” during its war against Hamas.

Signatories were affiliated with the State University of New York (SUNY), and the statement sought to develop “a SUNY-wide Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) Movement…at all 64 SUNY campuses.”

As of March 2026, Anvar Kadirbekov's LinkedIn said he received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering at Stony Brook University (SBU) in 2024.

SBU is part of SUNY and is located in Stony Brook, New York.

As of March 2026 Kadirbekov's LinkedIn said he was studying for a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), slated to graduate in 2028.

Georgia Tech is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
