Ali Imran
Overview
Ali Imran is a business owner and doctor who spread hatred of Israel and Israelis during a war against Hamas terrorists. He spoke at multiple rallies during this period and also promoted his hatred on social media.Imran’s activism occurred during Israel’s war against Hamas, called “Swords of Iron.” Israel launched the war after a series of Hamas terror attacks and war crimes against Israeli civilians, including mass murder, torture, rape, beheadings and kidnappings, which were executed on October 7, 2023. The terror attacks left over 1,200 Israelis dead, hundreds kidnapped and thousands wounded.
As of April 2024, Imran was listed on the U.S. News & World Report website as a general internal medicine physician based in Tucson, Arizona. Imran’s medical licensenumber is 61661. The website said he was affiliated with Chandler Regional Medical Center located in Chandler, Arizona, and HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center, which has facilities in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
As of December 2023, Imran was listed as a “Resident/Fellow'' on the website for the Department of Medicine at the University of Arizona (UA) in Tucson, Arizona, where he had been a resident from 2018 to 2020. He had also interned at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, Illinois, from 2017 to 2018. As of the same date, the UA website said that Imran maintained an email on the Banner Health server.
As of June 2024, Imran was listed online as the manager at Voyage Medical Services, PLLC, in Tempe, Arizona, with entity ID number 23262776.
As of April 2024, Imran was listed on the Voyage Medical Primary Care website as the “Medical Director” and “Internal Medicine Physician.”
As of November 2023, the Voyage Medical website listed Imran as “one of the owners and operators of Voyage Medical.” His bio on the website said that he “oversees the Clinical Research trials conducted by Voyage Medical.”
As of June 2024, Imran was listed as the manager for Noorhan Medical Services LLC in Mesa, Arizona, with entity ID number 23556053.
As of the same date, Imran was listed online as having graduated from Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) in the Commonwealth of Dominica in 2017.
Also as of April 2024, Imran used the handle “@aloosh48123” on Instagram.
As of the same date, Imran went by the username “Aloosh” and the handle “@humanitariandoc” on TikTok.
Hatred of Israelis during a Hamas War
On April 15, 2024, Imran posted a video of himself on TikTok where he said [00:00:09]: “So my question to Israeli citizens is one [once] you got your one way ticket back home, where's home for you? And number two, if you do decide to come back and we are more than willing to accept you back to Fallasteen, learn to say Fallasteen with a ‘Fa’, and learn the Fallasteeni national anthem too, because we're going to test you on it.”One way that anti-Israel activists spread anti-Semitism is by claiming that Jews have no connection to the Land of Israel.
On April 6, 2024, Imran posted a video of himself to Instagram where he said [00:00:01]: “Since we are amongst the last days of Ramadan I wanted to make a special Dua [prayer]. Buckle up your seat belts this is going to be an intense one. Ya Allah, punish the Israeli occupation forces, the Israeli leaders, and the Israeli settlers who have been murdering and killing the Palestinian people. Ya Allah, allow for the earth and mother nature to be their biggest enemy. Ya Allah, allow for the ground to swallow them whole. Ya Allah, allow for the wind to sweep the feet of the IOF so they can no longer kill and murder. Ya Allah, allow for the birds to attack the soldiers. Ya Allah, allow for the dogs to bite them. Ya Allah, allow for the snakes to swallow them whole. Ya Allah, allow for the stones that they step upon to trap their feet so they can not advance forward. Ya Allah, allow for the sea to drown the IOF just like they drowned and murdered fishermen. Ya Allah, allow for the houses they bomb that the walls fall upon the heads of the IOF. Ya Allah, allow for the missiles that they shoot at the Palestinian people that have malfunctions and hits them instead. Ya Allah, allow for the white phosphorus bombs that they throw on the Palestinian people that it burns and goes into the eyes of the IOF, the Israeli leaders, and the Israeli settlers. Ya Allah, paralyze the legs of the IOF so they can no longer advance and kill and murder more Palestinian people. Ya Allah, increase them… in increase them in their already existed cowardy. Ya Allah, they are cowards make them more cowards. Ya Allah, increase them in their fear. Ya Allah, do not allow for the IOF to get an ounce of sleep, an ounce of peace, an ounce of rest in their hearts. Ya Allah, do not allow for the Israeli leaders or the Israeli settlers to get an ounce of sleep, an ounce of peace, an ounce of rest in their hearts. “IOF” stands for Israeli Occupation Forces, a derogatory name used by anti-Israel activists to demonize Israel’s army in place of its official name, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
Ramadan is an Islamic holy month during which Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset and are meant to engage in self-reflection, repentance and the giving of charity. Ramadan is frequently marked by increased anti-Israel and antisemitic rhetoric throughout the Arab world, Palestinian violence in Israel and heightened tensions centered in the Old City of Jerusalem.
Imran later said [00:01:28] in the same video: “I condemn the IDF, I condemn Israel, I condemn Zionism. Zionism is a supremist [sic] and racist and dangerous ideology that allows for the killing and murder and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people to be able to take over a land.”
Imran finished the video by saying: [00:02:08] “From the river with invigoration to the sea with liberation.”
On April 2, 2024, Imran posted on Instagram: “They have exhausted the children of Palestine. Every inch of Palestine will be reclaimed. No peace. We have no interest in any peace talks. We have no interest in discussions with Israel. We have no interest in any of their lies and deception. We only want justice. We demand a permanent ceasefire and liberation of Palestine to pre-1948 borders. The world has become Palestinian. We are all Gazan now. And we oppose the terrorist IDF. We oppose the supremacist and racist zionist ideology. We will never stop raising the Palestinian flag. From the river with invigoration, [to] the the sea with liberation.”

On February 29, 2024, Imran posted a video of himself to Instagram saying [00:00:29]: “...the Israeli occupation forces are terrorists, the Israeli state is an apartheid and terrorist state, and Zionism is underlying reason for this…”
On December 3, 2023, Imran spoke [00:00:01] at an anti-Israel rally in Phoenix, Arizona.
At the rally, Imran said [00:00:01]: “Why are we giving our tax dollars to the Israeli citizens for free healthcare when my patients don’t get it? And then with the audacity to send my tax money to drop bombs on doctors and nurses in hospitals.”
On October 17, 2023, the terror group Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) fired rockets at Israel from Gaza, one of which misfired and fell on the parking lot of the al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital. Initial media reports blamed Israel. Following the incident, U.S. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib immediately accused the Biden administration of funding Israel’s “genocide” of Palestinian people.
On November 17, 2023, Imran claimed in an Instagram post that the Israeli military were the “real terrorists.”
On Saturday, October 7, 2023, approximately 2,900 heavily armed Hamas terrorists breached Israel’s border with Gaza. They executed numerous war crimes on civilians, including mass murder, beheadings of children, rape of men and women, torture, kidnappings and mutilation. Hamas broadcast videos of their butchery on social media, often to victims’ accounts for families to see. Israel retaliated with a war called “Swords of Iron.” As of November 10, 2023, over 1,200 Israelis, the vast majority of them civilians, were murdered during the attacks. Hamas kidnapped 242 Israelis, including at least 30 children. At least 3,500 people were wounded, many severely.

Hatred of Israel during a Hamas War
On April 3, 2024, Imran posted a video of himself to Instagram where he said: [00:00:34] “...the only militants and terrorists inside the [Al-Shifa] hospital were the IDF [Israel Defense Forces]. The IDF are terrorists.”Hamas fired rockets from Gaza’s Shifa Hospital (Shifa) at Israeli population centers during Israel’s 2014 Operation Protective Edge. Hamas misfires also struck Shifa and the nearby al-Shati refugee camp. Hamas cleanup crews then concealed the evidence of the misfires, as was confirmed by Amnesty International and an independent Italian journalist.
Imran later said [00:01:28] in the same video: “I condemn the IDF, I condemn Israel, I condemn Zionism. Zionism is a supremist [sic] and racist and dangerous ideology that allows for the killing and murder and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people to be able to take over a land.”
Zionism is the belief that Jews have the right to self-determination in their own national home, and the right to develop their national culture.
Imran finished the video by saying: [00:02:08] “From the river with invigoration to the sea with liberation.”
“From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free” is a chant used [00:02:47] to call for the elimination of the State of Israel. It has also been employed by Hamas leader Khaled Mashal to call for the replacement of Israel with an Islamic state. In April 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning the chant as antisemitic.
