Aisa Feratovic

Aisa Feratovic participated in the pro-Hamas encampment at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists, launched after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks.

Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis and kidnapped hundreds that day. For more information, see the Canary Mission page on Hamas.

The Penn encampment was in support of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

As of February 2025, Aisa Feratovic's LinkedIn profile said she worked as a client relations associate at Harding Loevner LP and was located in Long Branch, New Jersey.

Also as of February 2025, Aisa Feratovic's LinkedIn said she graduated from Drexel University (Drexel) with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2024.

As of the same date, Aisa Feratovic's LinkedIn said she had served as the public relations chair for the Drexel chapter of the anti-Israel campus group Muslim Student Association (MSA) from June 2022 to July 2024.

As of February 2025, Feratovic's Instagram bio said "... emojiCode - 1f1f5-1f1f8 🍉..."

The watermelon has been appropriated by anti-Israel activists as a symbol of Palestinian "resistance" to "Israeli occupation," as it shares the Pan-Arab colors. It gained popularity following the Hamas terror attacks of October 7, 2023.
