Ahmed Elwasila participated in an anti-Israel rally during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists, launched after the October 7, 2023 terror attacks.

Also as of February 2025, Ahmed Elwasila's LinkedIn said he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) with a bachelor's degree in health and societies and pre-medical studies in 2024.

As of the same date, Elwasila's LinkedIn said he was located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
