Aalaa Mohammad
Aalaa Mohammad [Aalaa Omar Muhammad] has shown support for Hamas terrorists and spread anti-Semitism. She has also glorified "intifada" violence and expressed hatred of Israelis, Israel supporters and Israel.
Mohammad’s social media posts took place during Israel’s war against Hamas terrorists. Israel launched the war after the October 7, 2023, terror attacks. As of March 2025, Mohammad's LinkedIn profile said she worked as a "Licensed Practical Nurse" in the Emergency Department at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
As of the same date, Mohammad's Facebook page said she worked as a nurse in "Operating Room Services" at University Hospitals.
As of March 2025, Mohammed was listed on the eLicense Ohio Professional Licensure website as a "Licensed Practical Nurse," active license number LPN.169728.MEDS-IV, slated to expire on October 31, 2026.
As of the same date, Mohammad's LinkedIn said she had studied at the Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) and that she was located in Cleveland, Ohio.

On October 7, 2023, Hamas murdered approximately 1,200 Israelis, kidnapped hundreds and wounded thousands. War crimes included mass rape and torture. Many Palestinian civilians participated in and supported the attacks, and Gazans working in the targeted Israeli communities gave intelligence to Hamas on where to strike.

Anti-Israel activists use the term “resistance” to refer to violence and terror perpetrated against Israeli civilians and their allies. It is used to glorify and encourage anti-Israel and anti-Semitic violence. Anti-Israel activists chant slogans such as: “Resistance by any means necessary!” and “Resistance is justified when people are occupied!” in response to terror attacks.
On December 31, 2023, Mohammad wrote on Facebook: "ham,as is a resistance fighting against the illegal occupation in pales,tine. The [Israelis] hostages that were with ham,as will verify that they were not harmed and treated respectfully, no innocent life intentionally harmed..."
Denial of the Hamas war crimes of October 7, 2023, among anti-Israel activists has been likened to Holocaust denial among neo-Nazis.
On February 27, 2017, Mohammad posted on X: “The people of israel are will always be 'the people with no land.'"
One way anti-Israel activists spread anti-Semitism is by denying [00:17:45] Jewish history, with the aim of delegitimizing restored Jewish sovereignty, attacking Israel’s legitimacy and portraying Jews as foreign to the Land of Israel.
On October 12, 2015, Mohammad posted on X: “#israel #zionists are the real #nazis.”
The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) highlights as one possible contemporary example of anti-Semitism: “Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.” The U.S. State Department adopted the IHRA’s working definition of anti-Semitism in 2016. Over 40 countries have adopted the definition as well.
On October 17, 2015, during the "Knife Intifada," Mohammad posted on X: “#FreePalestine” and added a photo of armed men wearing keffiyehs.
In October 2015, there was an upsurge in violence across Israel incited by Palestinian political and religious leaders. The wave of stabbings, known as the “Knife Intifada,” was characterized by young Palestinians throughout the country stabbing and attempting to stab Israeli civilians.
The term “intifada,” which translates from Arabic as “uprising” or “insurrection,” carries the connotation of violence. Palestinian intifadas waged against Israel have been marked since 1987 by hundreds of hijackings, shootings, stabbings, bombings and suicide missions.
On October 15, 2015, Mohammad posted on X : "...#palestine #FreePalestine” and added photos of men wearing keffiyehs, throwing Molotov cocktails and firebombs.
On May 14, 2024, during Israel's war against Hamas terrorists, Mohammad shared on Facebook a graphic showing the devil creating an Israeli flag on a sewing-machine. The image was captioned: "Israel's Closest Ally."
On February 27, 2017, Mohammad posted on X, referring to Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu: “@netanyahu is a rotten pig who will burn in hell alongside all the people who support this place so called 'israel' #F**KISRAEL.”
On January 28, 2017, Mohammad posted on X: “...wtf is israel anyway-- non existent #f**kisrael and everyone who stands with it.”
