Overview

Yacub Abu-hmeidan [Yacub A. Hmeidan] has spread anti-Semitism, hatred of Israel and bigotry on Twitter.

As of May 2021, Abu-hmeidan’s LinkedIn page said he was a Driver at Raintree Autobody, from “Oct 2018 - Present,” and was a freshman at Phoenix College, studying for an Associates degree in “Dental Hygiene/Hygienist” from “2018 - 2020.”

Abu-hmeidan’s LinkedIn page also said he studied at Glendale Community College (GCC) in Arizona.

As of May 2021, Abu-hmeidan went by the name “Yacub Ghazawneh” on Facebook and wrote that he lived in Glendale, Arizona.

As of May 2021, Abu-hmeidan used the alias Meet The Woo

and the handle ArabSugeKnight on Twitter.

As of the same date, Abu-hmeidan used the handle yacub_g_ on Instagram.

Anti-Semitism

On July 15, 2020, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “It’s from the fake Jews yes. He’s right about it all.”

Abu-hmeidan’s tweet was responding to a tweet about TV show host Nick Cannon.

Nick Cannon was fired by ViacomCBS after he made anti-Semitic comments on his podcast, for which he later apologized. Cannon reportedly promoted various anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, including the claim that Jewish people control the media.

Cannon also reportedly suggested that Jewish people were not real Jews and that African Americans were “the true Hebrews."

On July 8, 2015, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “I have no doubt that my English teacher a Jew smh he not slick.”

On June 18, 2015, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “@FeelinSpacey @UrFaveLatina @marjacru I'm Palestinian lol and my people are being slaughtered from the Jews for no reason.”

On December 21, 2014, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “Yahoodi [Jew] eat d*ck for breakfast.”

On August 1, 2014, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “@mitchkender @_ChrisManni cause israel owns it lol I didn't even realize it till today smh.”

Abu-hmeidan’s tweet was in response to a tweet that read: “@_ChrisManni @Young_Reazy The whole Palestine/Isreal conflict? Yeah they hardly show that s**t on the news

.”

On the same day, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “@_ChrisManni that’s why he’s a** he’s all talk and no one is gonna know cause the news is owned by Israel.”

The assertion that Jews control the media has been traced to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an anti-Semitic fabricated text that depicts wealthy Jews conspiring to take over the world.

On July 20, 2014, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “Ima buy a Jew flag and wipe my a** with it!”

On July 17, 2013, Abu-hmeidan tweeted a photo that was originally from Burma of a dead person with his head crushed. Abu-hmeidan wrote: “this what be happening in our country due to the Jewish army.”

Spreading Hatred of Israel

On May 12, 2016, Abu-hmeidan tweeted a cartoon of someone urinating on an Israeli flag.

On October 13, 2015, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “#deathtoisreal.”

On October 12, 2015, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “F**king israel pigs….” The tweet featured a video of Ahmed Manasra lying in the road.

Ahmed Manasra (sometimes spelled Mansara) and his 15-year-old cousin Hassan went on a stabbing spree in Jerusalem on October 12, 2015, during the Knife Intifada. They critically wounded a 13-year-old boy and moderately wounded a 25-year-old man. The spree ended when police shot Hassan and a passing motorist hit Ahmed. Ahmed was taken to an Israeli hospital. He admitted to investigators: “I went there to stab Jews.” He was later tried and convicted on two counts of attempted murder.

On October 10, 2015, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “You support israel you're an ignorant faggot.”

On July 13, 2014, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “F**k Israelis.”

Bigotry

On August 9, 2015, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “You tweet me again and ima come to your house and f**k your mom in front of you and your father faggot.”

On July 20, 2014, Abu-hmeidan tweeted: “@DwightHoward u still a bumba** b**ch... Don't think you off the hook FAGGOT!... You still suck at ball…”
