Waqqad’s tweet linked to a Shehab News Agency video captioned: “The Israeli occupation opened fire at a Palestinian woman near Qalandia checkpoint, north of Jerusalem.”
The woman, Alaa Wadhan, pulled out a knife and approached Israeli policemen at the Qalandia checkpoint. Wadhan was shot and disarmed [00:00:14] after she ignored calls for her to stop.
On May 9, 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic, Waqqad tweeted: “what if we put the virus in Israel

On February 10, 2020, Waqqad tweeted: “@grailed you support Israel you b**ch.”
Waqqad’s tweet included a screenshot of an email from menswear online marketplace Grailed to a user, that said: “I’m reaching out to remind you that we ask all users to conduct themselves in a professional and mature manner on Grailed. A user asked if you would be willing to ship to Israel and you replied: ‘Nah, Free Palestine.’”
On January 28, 2020, Waqqad tweeted: “f**k you & yourself,” referring to a tweet by U.S. President Donald Trump that read: “This is what a future State of Palestine can look like, with a capital in parts of East Jerusalem.” Trump’s tweet also outlined his proposed peace plan to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
On June 22, 2019, Waqqad tweeted: “I hate pi**ing my self off man. Israelis don’t have there own cultural food.” His tweet included a screenshot of Google image search results, for the term “israeli food.”
