Grace Obi-Azuike

Overview

Grace Obi-Azuike launched an anti-Semitic attack on Jewish students at Loyola Law School (LLS) in April 2024.

As of July 2024, Obi-Azuike’s LinkedIn profile said she was a fellow at LLS’s Anti-Racism Center during the 2022-2023 academic year, and that she was a research assistant to the associate dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from May 2022 until August 2023.

As of the same date, Obi-Azuike’s LinkedIn also said she received a JD from LLS in May 2024. LLS is located in Los Angeles, California.

Obi-Azuike’s LinkedIn also said she graduated from Spelman College (Spelman) with a bachelor’s degree in political science and government in May 2020. Spelman is located in Atlanta, Georgia.

As of July 2024, Obi-Azuike was the founder and host of a website and podcast titled: “The Label Law.”

As of the same date, Obi-Azuike’s LinkedIn said she was located in Los Angeles, California.

4/16/2024 - Anti-Semitic Attack on Jewish Students

On April 16, 2024, Obi-Azuike attended an event hosted by the LLS Jewish Law Student Association (JLSA) where she was recorded saying: “Get the f**k out of here all you ugly a** little Jewish people in this b***h.”

As of July 2024, Obi-Azuike has reposted the video of her anti-Semitic attack on X and commented on the outfit she wore that day: “I look c**t af!!! That tennis set was too cute.”

On April 16, 2024, eyewitnesses posted on Instagram more details about the JLSA event.

One student reportedly “stood up and announced that they were ‘antisemitic and would still become a lawyer.’” The same student continued and said to a Jewish man wearing a kippah (yarmulke) to “take that hat off your head” and then called a Jewish professor a “Nazi.”

Other students reportedly yelled out other slurs, including calling Jews “fat ugly Jewish b**ches” and “k*kes.”

Kike is an anti-Semitic slur referring to a Jewish person.

On April 26, 2024, it was reported that Obi-Azuike called one of the speakers, Professor Laurie L. Levenson, a “Nazi.”
