Antonio Kent

Overview

Antonio Kent has spread anti-Semitism and hatred of America on social media.

As of November 2020, Kent’s Facebook page said he was the “Priest and Officer of 50” and works at the Israelite School of Universal Practical Knowledge (ISUPK) from “April 27, 2020 to present.” Kent also wrote on Facebook that he lived in Killeen, Texas.  

ISUPK is a Black Hebrew Israelite group, one of several African American groups whose members claim to be the true descendants of the ancient biblical Hebrews.  

ISUPK is reportedly part of a “national organization based previously in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, and now with its headquarters in New York.”

As of November 2020, Kent’s connected investors profile page said he was a “beginner real estate investor based out of Killeen, TX.”

As of November 2020, Kent went by the name “Kahan Gabar” on Facebook, and used the same name on Youtube.

As of the same date, Kent used the handle “tmag357” and the alias “Tone357” on Instagram.

Anti-Semitism

On July 18, 2020, Kent shared a graphic on Facebook that defended Nick Cannon and Desean Jackson after they both made anti-Semitic remarks. The post contained a photo of Cannon and Jackson and text that implied they were being sanctioned for being true Jews: “...IF WE CLAIMED OUR TRUE IDENTITY IN ANCIENT TIMES, SINNERS PERSECUTED US. IF WE CLAIM OUR TRUE IDENTITY IN THESE MODERN TIMES, SINNERS STILL PERSECUTE US...”

Nick Cannon was fired by ViacomCBS in July 2020 after he made anti-Semitic comments on his podcast, for which he later apologized. Cannon reportedly promoted various anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, including the claim that Jewish people control the media. 

Cannon also reportedly suggested that Jewish people were not real Jews and that African Americans were “the true Hebrews.”

The post also referred to Football player Desean Jackson, who promoted a hoax concerning a Hitler quote, for which he subsequently apologized. 

In July 2020, Desean Jackson promoted on Instagram a claim that Hitler said African Americans were the real Jews, and that “white Jews… will blackmail America.” The quote was exposed as a hoax by the fact-checking website, Snopes.com. 

On July 18, 2020, Kent shared a post on Facebook that read: “...The Jewish encyclopedia will tell your [sic] that those Jewish folks are imposters... he is of the nation of esau.”

Edom refers to the Biblical Edomites, who were the descendants of and representatives of the biblical figure Esau in the book of Genesis.

On July 15, 2020, Kent shared a post on Facebook that read: “That same s**t nick cannon was saying, we been saying for years... don’t act like y’all never heard it before.”

On June 21, 2020, Kent shared a graphic on Facebook with an image of Hitler and a quote ascribed to Hitler that referred to the claim that Hitler said African Americans were the real Jews, a hoax which was exposed by the fact-checking website, Snopes.com.

A 2015 version of the hoax, published on the website FMLGoneViral.com, claimed that Hitler once said: “America has stolen the jews. The Jews of God. His jewelry. The negros. They are the true hebrews...”

On March 15, 2020, Kent shared on Facebook a post  that read: “IF #ANONYMOUS WAS REALLY ABOUT TRUTH WHY THEY ARE NOT SAYING THAT NEGROES ARE THE JEWS & THE JEWISH MAN IS A FRAUD .”

Hatred of America

On September 11, 2020, Kent shared a graphic on Facebook that featured a photo of the 9/11 terror attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001 with a caption that read: “Get Over It…” 

The original poster of the graphic wrote: “It was so long ago..”

On September 5, 2020, Kent shared a post on Facebook that read: “Black Ppl Should Want In Office The Candidate Who Is Going To Run This Whore Called America Into The Ground The Fastest. #Trump #Biden #BabylonIsFallen.”

On June 3, 2020, Kent shared a post on Facebook that read: “IF U REALLY WANT TO HURT AMERICA DON'T CELEBRATE NONE OF THEIR HOLIDAYS.”
