Overview

Ahmad Hamzeh has spread anti-Semitism and other bigotry on social media. He is a member of the Muslim Students Association (MSA) at the University of North Texas (UNT).

Hamzeh studies Healthcare at UNT.

He is the twin brother of Muhammad Hamzeh — who has posted similar anti-Semitism.

Anti-Jewish Tweets

On July 7, 2016, Hamzeh tweeted: "Lol the yahoodis playing us like monopoly. Long term game." Hamzeh added: “@HadeelJalakh I give them props, they sure do know how to control the minds of people.”

On July 28, 2014, Hamzeh tweeted: "Piece of s**t jews."

On April 14, 2012, Hamzeh tweeted: "Only jews #SUCKDICK."

On January 16, 2012, Hamzeh tweeted: "burning this pair of socks just bchs i think they're jews #fksocks."

On July 30, 2012, Hamzeh tweeted: "I have the flu because i saw a jew #rhymes."

Hatred of Israel’s Supporters

On July 18, 2014, Hamzeh tweeted: "You are pretty much retarded if you support Israel."

Spreading Bigotry

Aside from his anti-Semitism, Hamzeh has spread other bigotry on Twitter, such as this tweet from January 2, 2012, when Hamzeh wrote: "Bch ass asian......we want some noodles not knowledge."

A major portion of Hamzeh’s bigotry online features homophobic insults, like the following:

On December 6, 2013, Hamzeh tweeted: "@omgitsnery u missed a spot fag."

On May 31, 2013, Hamzeh tweeted: "What would you rather wear? Flip flops? Or gay ass f**k boy toms?

On January 19, 2012, Hamzeh tweeted: "i feel like such a fag with more than 2000 tweets."

On December 23, 2011, Hamzeh tweeted: "@lyssawissaa dont tweet me u fag!!"

On December 8, 2011, Hamzeh tweeted: "@TurtlDove fag fag fag."

MSA

The MSA was established by members of the Muslim Brotherhood in January 1963 at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with the goal of "spreading Islam as students in North America." A 2004 FBI investigation uncovered an internal Muslim Brotherhood document in which a brotherhood leader identified the MSA as "one of our organizations."

The MSA reportedly has “nearly 600 chapters” located in the United States and Canada, and is “the most visible and influential Islamic student organization in North America,” boasting conferences, special events, publications, websites and other activities.

The organization includes a number of previous chapter presidents with explicit links to terrorist groups. Included are al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki (Colorado State University), Somali al-Shabaab militant leader Omar Shafik Hammami (University of South Alabama) and Pakistani Taliban recruiter Ramy Zamzam of the MSA's Washington, D.C. council.
